同步磁阻電機dq軸交叉耦合飽和電感模型參數(shù)尋優(yōu)方法

【摘要】:同步磁阻電機的直軸電感Ld與交軸電感Lq隨直軸電流id與交軸電流iq的非線性變化,極大地影響矢量控制特性。同步磁阻電機驅(qū)動器中用8個常數(shù)構(gòu)建了電機dq軸交叉耦合飽和電感模型,為了推算其最優(yōu)參數(shù),在橫向疊片各向異性轉(zhuǎn)子同步磁阻電機的設(shè)計參數(shù)基礎(chǔ)上,采用小電流常規(guī)方法測量Ld、Lq電感值,建立帶權(quán)重的最小方均差模型,并針對不同目標(biāo)函數(shù)設(shè)定相應(yīng)的權(quán)重,采用改進和聲搜索優(yōu)化算法進行迭代,獲得了與電機真實信息較為接近的優(yōu)化解。其有效性通過電機對拖負載實驗得以驗證。
[Abstract]:The nonlinear variation of the direct axis inductance Ld and the alternating axis inductance Lq of synchronous reluctance motor with the direct axis current id and the cross axis current iq greatly affect the vector control characteristics. In order to calculate the optimal parameters of the dq shaft cross-coupled saturated inductance model of synchronous reluctance motor driver, the design parameters of the transverse laminated anisotropic rotor synchronous reluctance motor are established. The inductance of Ld,Lq is measured by the conventional method of small current, the minimum square mean difference model with weight is established, the corresponding weights are set up for different objective functions, and the improved harmonic search optimization algorithm is used to iterate. The optimal solution which is close to the real information of the motor is obtained. The validity of this method is verified by the motor to drag load experiment.
