海上風(fēng)電復(fù)合筒型基礎(chǔ)粉質(zhì)黏土下沉試驗分析

【摘要】:復(fù)合筒型基礎(chǔ)的沉放是一項關(guān)鍵施工過程.沉放時土體在施工負(fù)壓下受到擾動,土體中土壓力和孔隙水壓力發(fā)生變化,對沉貫阻力造成影響.針對復(fù)合筒型基礎(chǔ)的沉放過程,在粉質(zhì)黏土中開展了大比尺模型試驗.試驗中監(jiān)測了基礎(chǔ)艙內(nèi)壓力、周圍土體的土壓力及孔隙水壓力的變化.通過理論計算,對試驗?zāi)P统霖炈柝?fù)壓進(jìn)行預(yù)測,并將試驗施加負(fù)壓與預(yù)測負(fù)壓進(jìn)行對比.試驗結(jié)果表明:基礎(chǔ)周圍土體土壓力和孔隙水壓力在負(fù)壓作用下均減小,且筒壁內(nèi)側(cè)土體土壓力減小程度大于外側(cè)土體;沉放過程中基礎(chǔ)發(fā)生傾斜時,通過向高艙處抽負(fù)壓可以有效調(diào)整基礎(chǔ)的傾斜度;預(yù)測負(fù)壓大于試驗施加負(fù)壓,當(dāng)使用Houlsby提出的計算方法計算筒型基礎(chǔ)在粉質(zhì)黏土中的沉貫阻力時,摩擦系數(shù)建議取0.3.
[Abstract]:Sinking and laying of composite cylindrical foundation is a key construction process. The soil pressure and pore water pressure in the soil are affected by the disturbance of the soil under the negative pressure of the construction, which has an effect on the penetration resistance of the soil. A large scale model test was carried out in silty clay for the settlement process of composite cylindrical foundation. The change of pressure in foundation cabin, soil pressure of surrounding soil and pore water pressure were monitored. Through theoretical calculation, the negative pressure required by the test model is predicted, and the negative pressure applied in the test is compared with the predicted negative pressure. The test results show that the soil pressure and pore water pressure around the foundation decrease under negative pressure, and the decrease of soil pressure inside the cylinder wall is greater than that of the outside soil. The slope of the foundation can be adjusted effectively by pumping negative pressure to the high tank, and the negative pressure is predicted to be greater than the negative pressure applied in the test. When the calculation method proposed by Houlsby is used to calculate the sinking resistance of the cylindrical foundation in silty clay, the friction coefficient is suggested to be 0.3.
