永磁同步電機(jī)電磁振動數(shù)值預(yù)測與分析

【摘要】:永磁同步電機(jī)在諸多領(lǐng)域都有廣泛應(yīng)用,其中分?jǐn)?shù)槽集中繞組的永磁同步電機(jī),憑借著其高密度、高效率的特點(diǎn)受到了廣泛關(guān)注。但由于電磁力的激發(fā),噪聲以及電機(jī)振動問題更加突出,為了追求更高品質(zhì)的永磁同步電機(jī),噪聲以及電機(jī)振動的大小成為了評價電機(jī)性能的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn),由此預(yù)測與分析永磁同步電機(jī)的數(shù)值是改善電磁同步電機(jī)性能的重要措施,對電磁振動數(shù)值進(jìn)行預(yù)測也表現(xiàn)出不容忽視的實(shí)踐意義。本文就永磁同步電機(jī)電磁振動數(shù)值預(yù)測與分析這一課題進(jìn)行了探討。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in many fields. Among them, the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with concentrated winding with fractional slot has been paid more and more attention by virtue of its high density and high efficiency. However, due to the excitation of electromagnetic force, noise and motor vibration more prominent, in order to pursue a higher quality permanent magnet synchronous motor, noise and motor vibration size has become an important standard to evaluate the performance of the motor. Therefore, the prediction and analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is an important measure to improve the performance of the PMSM. The prediction of the electromagnetic vibration is also of great practical significance. In this paper, the numerical prediction and analysis of electromagnetic vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are discussed.
