圓管帶式輸送機在大型火力發(fā)電廠中的應用研究

【摘要】:圓管帶式輸送機是基于通用槽型帶式輸送機不斷改進發(fā)展而來的一系列特別帶式輸送機。它具有實現大傾角輸送、在空間可進行彎曲布置、適應較為復雜的地形結構、輸送過程中密閉環(huán)保、可進行雙向輸送物料等優(yōu)點。在礦山開采、電力生產、金屬冶煉、水泥生產、垃圾處理等行業(yè)進行連續(xù)輸送各種散狀物料。由于輸送過程中圓管狀輸送帶都是將散狀物料包裹其內,因此物料不會受到刮風和下雨等環(huán)境因素影響,從而也不會因物料飛揚和撒落而污染周圍的環(huán)境,同時也避免了外界環(huán)境污染到輸送物料。圓管帶式輸送機在運行過程中常會發(fā)生頭尾過渡段輸送帶跑偏、中部成管段輸送帶扭轉等情況,倘若不能及時予以糾正會造成輸送帶劃傷、撕裂甚至是疊帶等較為嚴重的后果。內蒙古托克托電廠已投產了兩條圓管帶式輸送機,其中一條用于將一二期灰?guī)旆勖夯逸斔椭翉S外儲灰場,另一條用于將廠外儲煤場的燃煤輸送至廠內的輸煤系統(tǒng),分別于2010年和2012年投入使用,管徑分別為400mm、500mm,頭尾平面直線距離分別為3.0km、1.1km。兩條圓管帶式輸送機在實際運行過程中多次出現頭尾過渡段輸送帶跑偏和成管段輸送帶扭轉問題,比較嚴重的問題是兩條圓管帶式輸送機輸送帶在頭部過渡段未能完全展開而導致發(fā)生疊帶各一次。但最為嚴重的是2011年輸灰圓管帶式輸送機由于輸送帶跑偏及回程支撐托輥損壞導致輸送帶反帶并且縱向撕裂約500m,被迫將撕裂部分輸送帶進行更換,設備成本和經濟損失高達900萬元。本文首先從工作原理上介紹了圓管帶式輸送機,并分析總結了其主要性能特點,對比了國內外發(fā)展水平和研究現狀,結合某電廠的實際應用分析說明了圓管帶式輸送機的運行阻力、管徑和帶速的選擇,過渡段長度和彎曲半徑的確定,托輥選型及間距的確定及驅動功率的選擇等,緊密聯系實際安裝調試過程對圓管帶式輸送機的安裝工藝和調試展開論述,針對圓管帶式輸送機發(fā)生的故障重點分析了輸送帶扭轉的原因,并且分析給出了一些輸送帶扭轉監(jiān)測和糾偏方法。
[Abstract]:Circular tube belt conveyor is a series of special belt conveyors based on the development of general groove belt conveyor. It has the advantages of realizing large inclination transportation, bending arrangement in space, adapting to more complicated terrain structure, sealing environmental protection in the process of transportation, and carrying out bidirectional conveying of materials. In mining, electric power production, metal smelting, cement production, garbage treatment and other industries for continuous transport of various bulk materials. In the course of conveying, the circular tubular conveyor belts are all wrapped in the bulk material, so the material will not be affected by the environmental factors such as wind and rain, and thus the surrounding environment will not be polluted by the material flying and falling. At the same time, it also avoids environmental pollution to transport materials. In the running process of the circular pipe belt conveyor, the conveyor belt deviation of the head and tail transition section and the torsion of the middle pipe belt will often occur. If it cannot be corrected in time, it will result in the belt scratching, tearing and even overlapping belt and other serious consequences. Two round pipe belt conveyors have been put into operation in Tokto Power Plant in Inner Mongolia, one of which is used to transport coal ash from the first and second phase ash reservoir to the ash storage yard outside the plant, and the other is used to transport coal fired from the coal storage yard outside the plant to the coal conveyance system inside the plant. It was put into use in 2010 and 2012, with diameter of 400mm / 500mm, straight distance of 3.0km2 / L and 1.1km. In the actual operation of the two circular pipe belt conveyors, there are many problems of running deviation of the conveyor belt and torsion of the conveyer belt at the end and the end of the transition section. The more serious problem is that the two belt conveyor belts are not fully expanded in the head transition section, resulting in the occurrence of overlapping belt once. But the most serious is that in 2011, the ash conveying pipe belt conveyor was forced to replace some of the torn conveyor belts due to the damage of the conveyor belt deviation and backhaul support roller resulting in the reverse belt of the conveyor belt and the longitudinal tearing of about 500m. Equipment costs and economic losses as high as 9 million yuan. In this paper, the working principle of the pipe belt conveyor is first introduced, and its main performance characteristics are analyzed and summarized, and the development level and research status at home and abroad are compared. Combined with the practical application analysis of a power plant, the operation resistance, the selection of pipe diameter and belt speed, the determination of the length and bending radius of transition section, the selection of roller type, the determination of spacing and the choice of driving power of circular pipe belt conveyor are explained. In close connection with the actual installation and debugging process, the installation technology and commissioning of the circular pipe belt conveyor are discussed, and the reasons for the belt torsion are analyzed emphatically in view of the failure of the circular pipe belt conveyor. Some methods of torsion monitoring and correction of conveyor belt are also analyzed.
