優(yōu)質(zhì)電力園區(qū)電能質(zhì)量治理的綜合效益評估

【摘要】:本文以電壓暫降和諧波為例,在分析優(yōu)質(zhì)電力園區(qū)中用戶設(shè)備對電能質(zhì)量的敏感程度以及耐受能力,并討論了電能質(zhì)量擾動的機(jī)理與特征的基礎(chǔ)上,首先根據(jù)示范園區(qū)內(nèi)用戶的電能質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀、敏感性負(fù)荷及污染性負(fù)荷類別和容量,從供電能力、負(fù)荷敏感性、電能質(zhì)量等級需求等多角度出發(fā),對定制電力裝置的布點方案、功能及性能指標(biāo)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,提出了一種滿足優(yōu)質(zhì)電力園區(qū)內(nèi)各種用戶需求的綜合解決方案。其次開展了園區(qū)中SSTS、DSTATCOM、UPQC等主要電能質(zhì)量治理設(shè)備的建模技術(shù)研究,建立了園區(qū)中電能質(zhì)量治理方案的仿真模型,結(jié)果表明優(yōu)質(zhì)電力園區(qū)能夠極大提高敏感用戶的供電質(zhì)量;趦(yōu)質(zhì)電力園區(qū)電能質(zhì)量治理的特點,結(jié)合數(shù)學(xué)理論推導(dǎo),從節(jié)能效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、環(huán)境效益和社會效益四個角度,運(yùn)用層次分析法進(jìn)行指標(biāo)甄選,構(gòu)建出包括4個二級指標(biāo)和16個三級指標(biāo)的綜合效益指標(biāo)體系。給出指標(biāo)體系的結(jié)構(gòu)和詳細(xì)展示,并對各項指標(biāo)的詳細(xì)意義進(jìn)行說明。并進(jìn)一步提出了優(yōu)質(zhì)電力園區(qū)電能質(zhì)量治理的綜合效益評價方法。以綜合評價理論為基礎(chǔ),對待評價的若干電能質(zhì)量治理方案計算其綜合效益相關(guān)指標(biāo),進(jìn)一步由各指標(biāo)經(jīng)過綜合評價得到各樣本的評價值,通過評價值的對比可以實現(xiàn)各個方案綜合效益的對比。綜合評價流程包括指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范化處理、確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重、構(gòu)造評估模型以及評價結(jié)果展示4個步驟。最后結(jié)合國內(nèi)某優(yōu)質(zhì)電力園區(qū)示范應(yīng)用情況的實際數(shù)據(jù)開展了電能質(zhì)量治理綜合效益評價的實證分析,分析結(jié)果驗證了指標(biāo)體系和綜合評估模型的有效性和適用性。
[Abstract]:Taking voltage sag and harmonic as examples, this paper analyzes the sensitivity and tolerance of user equipment to power quality in high quality power park, and discusses the mechanism and characteristics of power quality disturbance. Firstly, according to the current situation of power quality, the types and capacity of sensitive load and polluting load in the demonstration park, from the power supply capacity, load sensitivity, power quality grade demand and so on, the layout scheme of customized power plant is put forward. The function and performance index are designed, and a comprehensive solution to meet the needs of all kinds of customers in the high quality electric power park is put forward. Secondly, the modeling technology of the main power quality control equipment, such as SSTSX DSTATCOMUPQC and so on, is studied, and the simulation model of the power quality management scheme in the park is established. The results show that the high quality power park can greatly improve the power supply quality of sensitive users. Based on the characteristics of power quality management in high quality electric power park, combined with mathematical theory deduction, this paper uses AHP to select indexes from four angles of energy saving benefit, economic benefit, environment benefit and social benefit. A comprehensive benefit index system including 4 secondary indexes and 16 third-level indexes was constructed. The structure and detailed display of the index system are given, and the detailed significance of each index is explained. Furthermore, the comprehensive benefit evaluation method of power quality control in high quality electric power park is put forward. Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory, several power quality control schemes are treated to calculate the comprehensive benefit related indexes, and the evaluation values of each sample are obtained from the comprehensive evaluation of each index. Through the comparison of evaluation value, we can realize the comparison of the comprehensive benefit of each scheme. The comprehensive evaluation process includes four steps: normalizing the index data, determining the index weight, constructing the evaluation model and displaying the evaluation results. Finally, an empirical analysis of the comprehensive benefit evaluation of power quality management is carried out based on the actual data of the demonstration and application of a high quality power park in China. The results verify the validity and applicability of the index system and the comprehensive evaluation model.
