一種新型定子分區(qū)式混合勵磁電機的設(shè)計與分析(英文)

【摘要】:由于永磁體、勵磁繞組和電樞繞組均置于唯一的定子上,傳統(tǒng)定子勵磁型混合勵磁電機的轉(zhuǎn)矩密度受到了限制。提出一種具有更高轉(zhuǎn)矩密度的新型定子分區(qū)式混合勵磁電機。在該電機中,勵磁源(永磁體、勵磁繞組)和電樞繞組被分別置于兩個定子區(qū)域,而轉(zhuǎn)子由調(diào)制塊組成。從弱磁能力、轉(zhuǎn)矩提升能力和純永磁轉(zhuǎn)矩三方面綜合考慮,設(shè)計了電機的尺寸參數(shù),并分析了電機的電磁性能。通過在內(nèi)區(qū)定子上引入磁橋,所提出的定子分區(qū)式混合勵磁電機的弱磁能力可從12.8%增強到79.4%,而轉(zhuǎn)矩提升能力可從12.1%增強到79.1%。制作了一臺樣機,在樣機上測試了空載反電勢和靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)矩,實驗結(jié)果與有限元分析結(jié)果吻合。
[Abstract]:Because permanent magnet, excitation winding and armature winding are all placed on the unique stator, the torque density of traditional stator excitation hybrid excitation motor is limited. A new type of stator partitioned hybrid excitation motor with higher torque density is proposed. In this motor, the excitation source (permanent magnet, excitation winding) and armature winding are placed in two stator regions respectively, and the rotor is composed of modulation blocks. The dimension parameters of the motor are designed from three aspects of the weak magnetic capacity, the torque lifting ability and the pure permanent magnet torque, and the electromagnetic performance of the motor is analyzed. By introducing a magnetic bridge into the stator, the magnetic weakening ability of the stator zonal hybrid excitation motor can be increased from 12.8% to 79.4%, and the torque lifting ability can be increased from 12.1% to 79.1%. A prototype is made and the no-load reverse EMF and static torque are tested on the prototype. The experimental results are in good agreement with the finite element analysis results.
