基于在線監(jiān)測的智能電網(wǎng)狀態(tài)檢修策略研究

【摘要】:隨著電網(wǎng)規(guī)模的不斷擴大,供電公司的管轄設備大幅度增加,試驗裝備不足,檢修人員緊缺問題明顯,以往以周期性停電試驗為主的狀態(tài)檢修已顯出局限性。同時,在智能電網(wǎng)建設條件下,對供電可靠性的要求也日益提高,但隨著大量的新型元件和設備的接入,進一步提高電網(wǎng)的運行風險,對電網(wǎng)的穩(wěn)定性及可靠性帶來了挑戰(zhàn)。因此原有狀態(tài)檢修模式已經(jīng)不能適應保定地區(qū)電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的要求,探索應用在線監(jiān)測代替停電例行試驗,通過設備安全分級對不同等級設備采取不同的狀態(tài)檢修策略,解決目前設備運維檢修過程中的困難具有重要的意義。本文首先闡述了傳統(tǒng)電網(wǎng)監(jiān)測技術的不足,分析了智能電網(wǎng)下的在線監(jiān)測技術,研究電力設備關鍵狀態(tài)量的替代方法;其次,分析了狀態(tài)檢修和在線監(jiān)測的關系,論證了差異化巡視和檢修的可行性,設計了生產指揮管控平臺,提出了針對保定公司的差異化狀態(tài)檢修策略,并通過生產指揮管控平臺的有效運轉,保證檢修策略措施的高效實施;最后,結合中國電谷智能電網(wǎng)實際,討論了基于在線監(jiān)測技術的狀態(tài)檢修策略的實際應用情況。本文的研究,為電力企業(yè)檢修工作提出了新的思路和管理方法,減少了不必要的設備巡視和檢修,有助于提高設備運維管理水平,為企業(yè)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展做出了貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the power network scale, the power supply company's jurisdiction equipment increases by a large margin, the test equipment is insufficient, the maintenance personnel is in short supply problem obviously, the condition maintenance which used to be mainly based on the periodic blackout test has shown the limitation in the past. At the same time, under the condition of smart grid construction, the demand for power supply reliability is also increasing day by day. However, with the access of a large number of new components and equipment, the operation risk of power network is further increased, which brings challenges to the stability and reliability of power grid. Therefore, the original condition maintenance mode can no longer meet the requirements of the development of Baoding power network. This paper explores the application of on-line monitoring instead of the routine test of power outage, and adopts different stateful maintenance strategies for different grades of equipment through the safety classification of equipment. It is of great significance to solve the difficulties in the process of equipment maintenance and repair. In this paper, the shortcomings of traditional power network monitoring technology are discussed, the on-line monitoring technology under smart grid is analyzed, and the substitution method of critical state quantity of power equipment is studied. Secondly, the relationship between condition-based maintenance and on-line monitoring is analyzed. The feasibility of differential inspection and maintenance is demonstrated, the production command and control platform is designed, the strategy of differentiated condition maintenance for Baoding Company is put forward, and the effective operation of production command and control platform is put forward. Finally, the application of condition based maintenance strategy based on on-line monitoring technology is discussed. The research in this paper puts forward new ideas and management methods for the maintenance of electric power enterprises, reduces the unnecessary inspection and repair of equipment, helps to improve the management level of equipment operation and maintenance, and contributes to the steady development of enterprises.
