強(qiáng)對流天氣下輸電線路多因素風(fēng)險動態(tài)評估方法

【摘要】:強(qiáng)對流天氣下輸電線路面臨著雷擊、風(fēng)偏放電以及降雨引起的絕緣子閃絡(luò)等多因素風(fēng)險,如何評估這種多因素風(fēng)險對于強(qiáng)對流天氣下電網(wǎng)運維決策、保障線路安全運行具有重要意義。提出一種強(qiáng)對流天氣下計及雷、風(fēng)、雨的輸電線路多因素風(fēng)險動態(tài)評估方法。根據(jù)臨近時段雷電活動的雷電定位系統(tǒng)(lightning location system,LLS)數(shù)據(jù),基于雷電流幅值分布計算了線路雷擊風(fēng)險;考慮風(fēng)、雨荷載,根據(jù)桿塔結(jié)構(gòu)推導(dǎo)了風(fēng)偏放電最低風(fēng)速,并基于風(fēng)速分布及風(fēng)預(yù)報計算了線路風(fēng)偏風(fēng)險;考慮絕緣子串的鹽密分布,基于降雨預(yù)報計算了線路的雨閃風(fēng)險;通過綜合雷擊、風(fēng)偏放電、雨閃3種風(fēng)險,基于強(qiáng)對流過程中未來各個時段的風(fēng)、雨預(yù)報,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)強(qiáng)對流天氣下對輸電線路多因素風(fēng)險的動態(tài)評估。最后通過算例驗證了所提方法的有效性及適用性。
[Abstract]:Transmission lines face many factors such as lightning stroke wind bias discharge and insulator flashover caused by rainfall in severe convective weather. How to evaluate this multi-factor risk for power network operation and maintenance decision in severe convection weather? It is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the line. A multi-factor risk dynamic assessment method for transmission lines with lightning, wind and rain in severe convective weather is presented. Based on the lightning location system (lightning location system LLS) data, the lightning strike risk is calculated based on the lightning current amplitude distribution, and the minimum wind speed of wind-biased discharge is deduced according to the structure of the pole tower considering the wind and rain loads. Based on the wind speed distribution and wind forecast, the line wind deviation risk is calculated; considering the salt density distribution of insulator string, the rain flashover risk is calculated based on rainfall prediction; through comprehensive lightning stroke, wind deviation discharge, rain flash three kinds of risks, Based on the forecast of wind and rain in the future during the strong convection process, the dynamic assessment of the transmission line multi-factor risk can be realized under the strong convection weather. Finally, an example is given to verify the validity and applicability of the proposed method.
