適用微網故障穿越的多功能并網變換器研究

【摘要】:微網是發(fā)揮分布式電源效能的有效方式,微網的低電壓穿越能力(low voltage ride through,LVRT)及保證本地負荷正常供電是需要解決的關鍵問題之一。電網側故障超出低電壓穿越要求時產生嚴重過電流,將影響并網逆變器以及關鍵負荷的安全運行。結合微網結構,提出了一種交直流混合型微網及其并網裝置拓撲:當故障電壓在LVRT要求范圍內,改進諧振控制器型(modified proportional resonant,MPR)動態(tài)電壓調節(jié)器(dynamic voltage restorer,DVR)能夠保證本地負荷穩(wěn)定運行,抑制諧波電壓對并網點電壓及輸出功率的影響;當故障電壓超出LVRT要求,通過虛擬阻抗控制抑制過電流。建立了微網及并網變換器在不同類型故障下的不同運行模式切換策略。最后,仿真結果驗證了所提拓撲及控制策略的正確性。
[Abstract]:Microgrid is an effective way to exert the efficiency of distributed power generation. One of the key problems that need to be solved is the low voltage traversing capacity of microgrid (low voltage ride through LVRT) and the guarantee of normal local load power supply. Serious overcurrent is produced when the fault of power network side exceeds the requirement of low voltage crossing, which will affect the safe operation of grid-connected inverter and critical load. Combined with the microgrid structure, a hybrid AC / DC microgrid and its grid-connected device topology are proposed. When the fault voltage is within the range required by LVRT, the dynamic voltage regulator (dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) of the resonant controller type (modified proportional resonance can ensure the stable operation of the local load. When the fault voltage exceeds the requirement of LVRT, the overcurrent is suppressed by virtual impedance control. The switching strategies of microgrid and grid-connected converters in different operation modes under different types of faults are established. Finally, the simulation results verify the correctness of the proposed topology and control strategy.
