錦州南山公園變配電設(shè)施項目計劃與控制研究
[Abstract]:The project planning control management is a powerful guarantee measure to complete the project construction with high quality, high speed, low cost and less consumption. It is also an important means to strengthen the management and improve the economic benefit. Starting from the basic theory of engineering management, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Jinzhou Power supply Company, establishes a sound management system for the construction management of China's substation project, and implements the enterprise management responsibility system. The countermeasures of continuous improvement are analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions and strategies are put forward. In this study, through the careful research and discussion of the management and control means in the construction of Jinzhou Nanshan Park Substation Project, it is clear that the theory application principle and practical operation method of the project control and management means in the substation project. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the concrete work, and finds out the ways to solve the problems, and tries to explore the general principles of management and control in the implementation of substation engineering, which will play a certain guiding role in improving the construction level of substation projects in our country. The significance of this study is to introduce the scientific concept of project management through the study of the daily operation practice of the project management in the concrete implementation of the construction project, and to build a substation construction project in the process of implementation. It can accomplish the task of project management, set up the necessary rules and regulations, divide and define the post, level, responsibility and power, and realize the management goal through the standardized behavior and information flow of certain post personnel. Under the guidance of the relevant project management theory, this paper aims at the construction plan and cost management in the project management, through the field investigation, referring to the literature, referring to the historical experience, and aiming at the construction plan and cost management in the project management. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter describes the situation of the project and the research background, and expounds the theoretical basis of the research combined with the literature; The second chapter describes the current situation and problems of the project planning control and management of Jinzhou Nanyuan substation project, the third chapter describes the planning analysis of Jinzhou Nanyuan substation project. The fourth chapter focuses on the implementation method of project control and management evaluation of Jinzhou Nanyuan Substation. In short, in the management of the project, we have adopted scientific management means and advanced technical means to achieve the expected objectives of the project, and have played a leading role in the substation project management in the future. It lays a foundation for further research in this field in the future.
