【摘要】：項目計劃控制管理是以高質(zhì)量、高速度、低成本,少消耗完成工程項目建筑的有力保證措施,也是加強(qiáng)管理、提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要手段。本文從工程管理的基本理論入手,分析錦州供電公司的優(yōu)勢與不足,為我國變電工程的施工管理建立了健全的管理制度體系,落實企業(yè)管理責(zé)任制,并進(jìn)行了持續(xù)改進(jìn)對策分析,提出了相應(yīng)的建議和策略。在本研究中,通過在錦州南山公園變電站工程施工中的管理控制手段的細(xì)致研究和討論明確在變電站工程中項目控制和管理手段的理論應(yīng)用原則以及實際操作方法,提出在具體工作中存在的問題,并且找到解決問題的方法,試圖探索出在變電站工程實施中的管理、控制的普遍原則,為提高我國變電站工程建設(shè)水平起到一定的指導(dǎo)作用。本研究的意義在于,擬通過對建設(shè)項目的具體實施中,項目工程管理的日常操作實踐的研究,引入科學(xué)的項目管理概念,建成一個變電設(shè)施施工建設(shè)項目實施中,可以完成工程項目管理任務(wù)的組織機(jī)構(gòu),建立必要的規(guī)章制度,劃分并明確崗位、層次、責(zé)任和權(quán)力,并通過一定崗位人員的規(guī)范化行為和信息流通,實現(xiàn)管理目標(biāo)。本論文將項目施工管理的實際需要,在相關(guān)項目管理理論的指導(dǎo)下,通過實地調(diào)研、參閱文獻(xiàn)資料、借鑒歷史經(jīng)驗,針對項目管理中施工計劃、成本管理、質(zhì)量管理等方面展開實證研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:第一章具體敘述項目的情況以及研究背景,并結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)闡述了研究的理論基礎(chǔ);第二章敘述了錦州南園變電站工程項目的計劃控制與管理的現(xiàn)狀和問題;第三章敘述錦州南園變電站項目工程的計劃分析;第四章重點討論了錦州南園變電站工程項目控制實施方法以及管理評價�？傊�,在本項目工程的管理中,我們采用了科學(xué)的管理手段和先進(jìn)的技術(shù)手段,完成了工程的預(yù)期目標(biāo),在今后變電站工程管理中起到了先行探索的作用,為今后在該領(lǐng)域進(jìn)一步研究打下了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The project planning control management is a powerful guarantee measure to complete the project construction with high quality, high speed, low cost and less consumption. It is also an important means to strengthen the management and improve the economic benefit. Starting from the basic theory of engineering management, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Jinzhou Power supply Company, establishes a sound management system for the construction management of China's substation project, and implements the enterprise management responsibility system. The countermeasures of continuous improvement are analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions and strategies are put forward. In this study, through the careful research and discussion of the management and control means in the construction of Jinzhou Nanshan Park Substation Project, it is clear that the theory application principle and practical operation method of the project control and management means in the substation project. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the concrete work, and finds out the ways to solve the problems, and tries to explore the general principles of management and control in the implementation of substation engineering, which will play a certain guiding role in improving the construction level of substation projects in our country. The significance of this study is to introduce the scientific concept of project management through the study of the daily operation practice of the project management in the concrete implementation of the construction project, and to build a substation construction project in the process of implementation. It can accomplish the task of project management, set up the necessary rules and regulations, divide and define the post, level, responsibility and power, and realize the management goal through the standardized behavior and information flow of certain post personnel. Under the guidance of the relevant project management theory, this paper aims at the construction plan and cost management in the project management, through the field investigation, referring to the literature, referring to the historical experience, and aiming at the construction plan and cost management in the project management. The main contents are as follows: the first chapter describes the situation of the project and the research background, and expounds the theoretical basis of the research combined with the literature; The second chapter describes the current situation and problems of the project planning control and management of Jinzhou Nanyuan substation project, the third chapter describes the planning analysis of Jinzhou Nanyuan substation project. The fourth chapter focuses on the implementation method of project control and management evaluation of Jinzhou Nanyuan Substation. In short, in the management of the project, we have adopted scientific management means and advanced technical means to achieve the expected objectives of the project, and have played a leading role in the substation project management in the future. It lays a foundation for further research in this field in the future.
