磁耦合諧振式無線供電系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:磁耦合諧振式無線供電技術(shù)作為一種前沿的非接觸式供電技術(shù),該技術(shù)不但克服了有線電能傳輸?shù)木窒扌?也克服了感應(yīng)式與輻射式無線供電的固有缺點,成為目前的熱門研究課題。磁耦合諧振無線供電系統(tǒng)主要靠線圈之間的磁耦合來傳輸電能,其傳輸過程中不涉及任何的導(dǎo)線連接,可以很好地避免外界環(huán)境因素的干擾。其相比于其他傳輸方式在傳輸特性上具有明顯的優(yōu)勢,可以更好的實現(xiàn)無線供電技術(shù)的推廣與應(yīng)用。本文主要研究了磁耦合諧振無線供電系統(tǒng)的基本原理和傳輸特性,通過基本原理建立了磁耦合諧振無線供電系統(tǒng)的四種基本拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu),對四種基本結(jié)構(gòu)下系統(tǒng)傳輸效率進行理論分析。同時分析了耦合系數(shù)、損耗系數(shù)、品質(zhì)因數(shù)以及頻率對系統(tǒng)傳輸特性的影響,通過matlab仿真軟件對各參數(shù)之間關(guān)系進行仿真,得到各參數(shù)與傳輸效率之間的關(guān)系。通過對這些特性的研究對添加中繼線圈的磁耦合諧振供電系統(tǒng)進行耦合模分析,理論上得到添加中繼線圈后可以有效提高系統(tǒng)的傳輸距離和傳輸效率,對系統(tǒng)的傳輸特性具有很好的提升作用。根據(jù)分析與研究確定系統(tǒng)設(shè)計需要的各項元器件與模塊,對系統(tǒng)進行硬件的搭建,測試其硬件電路在添加中繼線圈前后各模塊的輸出電壓,系統(tǒng)傳輸效率以及線圈之間的距離,最后測試結(jié)果分析證明了設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的可行性以及添加中繼線圈后可以有效提高系統(tǒng)的傳輸距離和傳輸效率。
[Abstract]:As a kind of advanced non-contact power supply technology, the magnetically coupled resonant wireless power supply technology not only overcomes the limitation of wired power transmission, but also overcomes the inherent shortcomings of inductive and radiative wireless power supply. It has become a hot research topic at present. The magnetic coupling resonance wireless power supply system mainly relies on the magnetic coupling between the coils to transmit the electric energy. It does not involve any wire connection in the transmission process, so it can avoid the interference of the external environment factors. Compared with other transmission modes, it has obvious advantages in transmission characteristics, and can better realize the popularization and application of wireless power supply technology. This paper mainly studies the basic principle and transmission characteristics of the magnetic coupling resonance wireless power supply system, and establishes four basic topologies of the magnetic coupling resonance wireless power supply system through the basic principle. The transmission efficiency of the system under four basic structures is analyzed theoretically. At the same time, the effects of coupling coefficient, loss coefficient, quality factor and frequency on the transmission characteristics of the system are analyzed. The relationship between the parameters and the transmission efficiency is simulated by matlab simulation software, and the relationship between the parameters and the transmission efficiency is obtained. Through the study of these characteristics, the coupled mode analysis of the magnetically coupled resonant power supply system with the addition of relay coils is carried out, and it is obtained theoretically that the transmission distance and transmission efficiency of the system can be effectively improved by adding the trunk coil. It can improve the transmission characteristics of the system. According to the analysis and research, the components and modules needed for the system design are determined, the hardware of the system is built, the output voltage of each module before and after adding the trunk coil, the transmission efficiency of the system and the distance between the coils are tested. Finally, the analysis of test results proves the feasibility of designing the system and the increase of transmission distance and efficiency after adding trunk coil.
