【摘要】：H橋級聯(lián)型多電平高壓交流調(diào)速系統(tǒng)在低轉(zhuǎn)速運(yùn)行工況下,變頻器處于低幅值調(diào)制比逆變狀態(tài),加之死區(qū)效應(yīng)等非線性因素影響,導(dǎo)致變頻器自身輸出電壓會出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重畸變。針對這個問題,提出一種含定子電流畸變補(bǔ)償?shù)膹?fù)合矢量控制技術(shù),并詳細(xì)介紹含畸變補(bǔ)償矢量控制技術(shù)的設(shè)計原理與應(yīng)用過程,包括轉(zhuǎn)速變化情況下的電動機(jī)定子電流的諧波分量提取,以及畸變校正補(bǔ)償?shù)木唧w實現(xiàn)。同時,利用最小二乘法,推導(dǎo)出一種基于PID的時滯補(bǔ)償器以改善系統(tǒng)響應(yīng)輸出特性。最后,在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型進(jìn)行仿真研究,并在搭建的小型樣機(jī)平臺上進(jìn)行試驗驗證,效果良好,仿真與試驗結(jié)果證明了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of low speed operation, the inverter is in the state of low amplitude modulation ratio inverter and the influence of nonlinear factors such as dead-time effect, which leads to serious distortion of the output voltage of the inverter itself under the operating condition of H bridge cascade multilevel high voltage AC speed regulation system. In order to solve this problem, a compound vector control technique with stator current distortion compensation is proposed, and the design principle and application process of the vector control technology with distortion compensation are introduced in detail. It includes the harmonic component extraction of motor stator current and the realization of distortion correction compensation. At the same time, a delay compensator based on PID is derived by using the least square method to improve the response output characteristics of the system. Finally, the simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink, and tested on a small prototype platform. The results of simulation and test show that the proposed method is effective.
