【摘要】：采用傅里葉變換紅外光譜衰減全反射法、介質(zhì)損耗-溫度譜和熱失重分析對復(fù)合絕緣漆包線的漆膜特征進(jìn)行研究,分別獲得漆膜的紅外特征吸收峰、漆包線介質(zhì)損耗曲線的形狀和拐點(diǎn)溫度以及復(fù)合漆膜的熱分解特征溫度等信息。結(jié)果表明:三種方法對復(fù)合絕緣具有高度的特征性,配合使用能有效鑒別復(fù)合絕緣漆包線的種類,從而為溫度指數(shù)檢測之前漆包線來樣身份的鑒定以及有效試樣的判別提供重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The infrared characteristic absorption peaks of composite insulated enamelled wire were obtained by Fourier transform infrared spectrum attenuation total reflection method, dielectric loss-temperature spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis. The shape and inflection point temperature of dielectric loss curve of enamelled wire and the characteristic temperature of thermal decomposition of composite enamel film. The results show that the three methods are highly characteristic of composite insulation and can be used to identify the types of composite insulated enamelled wire effectively. It provides an important basis for the identification of enameled wire samples before the temperature index test and the identification of effective samples.
