影響燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電機(jī)組經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析

【摘要】:燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)對(duì)燃料的化學(xué)能實(shí)現(xiàn)了梯級(jí)利用,系統(tǒng)循環(huán)效率高,近年來(lái)隨著我國(guó)能源政策的逐步科學(xué)化和理性化,燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)因其效率高、成本低、建設(shè)周期短、調(diào)峰性能好和能滿(mǎn)足世界各國(guó)的環(huán)保要求而廣泛地被采用和推崇。燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)的發(fā)展依賴(lài)于熱力學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論和工程技術(shù)的發(fā)展,新型熱力系統(tǒng)的提出受到環(huán)境保護(hù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)性?xún)煞矫娴闹萍s。當(dāng)今聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)是不斷向高參數(shù)、高效率、高性能、大型化和對(duì)環(huán)境的低污染方向發(fā)展,同時(shí)積極把目光投向了對(duì)于新興的清潔煤聯(lián)合循環(huán)技術(shù)的開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用。全文通過(guò)對(duì)燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)認(rèn)識(shí)、研究,指出燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)在循環(huán)中具有重要的地位,其性能對(duì)聯(lián)合循環(huán)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性與可靠性產(chǎn)生較大影響;提高燃?xì)獬鯗、改善壓氣機(jī)特性、提高冷卻技術(shù)水平顯得尤為突出;其他主要設(shè)備的性能、燃料的種類(lèi)以及排煙溫度、大氣環(huán)境條件等等對(duì)于聯(lián)合循環(huán)效率的影響也是不可低估的;并提出優(yōu)化各系統(tǒng)的措施及在設(shè)計(jì)、運(yùn)行中如何更好地改善聯(lián)合循環(huán)的性能等等。本文通過(guò)對(duì)燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及現(xiàn)狀的了解,分析了我國(guó)此類(lèi)設(shè)備的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及現(xiàn)狀,燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)是一種有顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)和較大發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ膭?dòng)力裝置。從提高聯(lián)合循環(huán)效率途徑和環(huán)境溫度對(duì)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)及聯(lián)合循環(huán)性能的影響進(jìn)行分析,再?gòu)娜細(xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電效率進(jìn)行分析與計(jì)算,得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。隨著世界性的電力體制改革,電力市場(chǎng)的建立,環(huán)境意識(shí)的增強(qiáng),更加快了聯(lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電的發(fā)展步伐。在21世紀(jì),燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電將起到主導(dǎo)地位。本文主要對(duì)包鋼動(dòng)供總廠(chǎng)燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)發(fā)電機(jī)組經(jīng)濟(jì)性進(jìn)行分析,研究的目的就是在于初識(shí)聯(lián)合循環(huán)這一新型動(dòng)力工程的基礎(chǔ)上,探討、學(xué)習(xí)、分析影響燃?xì)狻羝?lián)合循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)性的原因,從中分析出幾點(diǎn)主要原因,并找到其解決辦法和相關(guān)結(jié)論。重點(diǎn)從煤氣成分對(duì)燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)經(jīng)濟(jì)性影響和排煙溫度限制及燃料限制對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)性的影響進(jìn)行分析,最后得出相應(yīng)的結(jié)論,并對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)的措施。
[Abstract]:Gas-steam combined cycle has realized cascade utilization of the chemical energy of fuel, and the system cycle efficiency is high. In recent years, with the gradual scientific and rational energy policy in our country, the gas-steam combined cycle has high efficiency and low cost. The construction period is short, the peak-shaving performance is good and can meet the environmental protection requirements of the countries all over the world, so it is widely adopted and respected. The development of gas-steam combined cycle depends on the basic theory of thermodynamics and the development of engineering technology. Nowadays, the goal of combined cycle development is to develop continuously to high parameter, high efficiency, high performance, large scale and low pollution to the environment. At the same time, the development and application of new clean coal combined cycle technology has been put forward actively. Based on the understanding of gas-steam combined cycle, the paper points out that the gas turbine plays an important role in the cycle, and its performance has a great influence on the economy and reliability of the combined cycle, and improves the initial temperature of gas and the characteristics of the compressor. The performance of other main equipments, the types of fuel, the exhaust gas temperature, the atmospheric environmental conditions and so on, can not be underestimated for the combined cycle efficiency. The measures to optimize the system and how to improve the performance of the combined cycle in the design and operation are put forward. Based on the understanding of the development trend and present situation of gas-steam combined cycle, this paper analyzes the development trend and present situation of this kind of equipment in China. The gas-steam combined cycle is a kind of power plant with remarkable advantages and great development potential. Based on the analysis of the influence of the way of improving the combined cycle efficiency and the ambient temperature on the performance of the gas turbine and the combined cycle, and the analysis and calculation of the efficiency of the gas-steam combined cycle generation, the corresponding conclusions are drawn. With the worldwide reform of electric power system, the establishment of electricity market and the enhancement of environmental consciousness, the development of combined cycle power generation has been accelerated. In the 21 st century, gas-steam combined cycle power generation will play a leading role. This paper mainly analyzes the economy of gas-steam combined cycle generator set in Baotou Iron and Steel works. The purpose of the research is to discuss and learn from the new power engineering of combined cycle. This paper analyzes the reasons that affect the economy of gas-steam combined cycle, and analyzes several main reasons, and finds out the solutions and relevant conclusions. Based on the analysis of the influence of gas composition on the economy of gas turbine and the limitation of exhaust gas temperature and the influence of fuel limitation on economy, the corresponding conclusions are drawn, and the corresponding measures are put forward to solve the existing problems.
