【摘要】：本文以能源轉型為背景,從電源與電網(wǎng)協(xié)調統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展角度,深入分析當前電源與電網(wǎng)發(fā)展的"四個矛盾"和做好協(xié)調統(tǒng)籌的必要性,筆者立足于四川地區(qū)能源發(fā)展和四川電網(wǎng)建設現(xiàn)狀,在公司領導層決策部署下進一步深化電源側"一盤棋"發(fā)展理念核心內涵,從源源協(xié)調、源網(wǎng)統(tǒng)籌及源荷協(xié)調三個方面明確"一盤棋"發(fā)展具體內涵,確定了電源與電網(wǎng)統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調"一盤棋"發(fā)展評價指標結構,提出了國網(wǎng)四川省電力公司落實"一盤棋"發(fā)展理念的實施建議,對今后電源與電網(wǎng)協(xié)調發(fā)展提供指導和參考。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of energy transformation, this paper analyzes in depth the "four contradictions" between power supply and power grid development and the necessity of coordination and coordination from the perspective of coordinated development of power supply and power grid. Based on the energy development in Sichuan and the current situation of Sichuan power grid construction, the author further deepens the core connotation of the "one game" development concept of the power supply side under the decision and deployment of the company's leadership, and coordinates from the source. The specific connotation of the development of "one game of chess" is defined in three aspects: the coordination of source network and the coordination of source charge, and the evaluation index structure of "one chess" development and coordination between power supply and power grid is determined. The paper puts forward some suggestions for the implementation of the development concept of "one chess" in Sichuan Power Company of China Power Network, and provides guidance and reference for the coordinated development of power supply and power grid in the future.
