電動(dòng)汽車充電器系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著科技的日新月異和人們對綠色節(jié)能理念的增強(qiáng),“新能源”電動(dòng)汽車的發(fā)展成為大勢所趨。近些年來,各國汽車行業(yè)巨頭花巨資、人力和物力研究開發(fā)電動(dòng)汽車,雖然取得了很多不錯(cuò)的成果,但是,仍有很多瓶頸問題無法突破,使現(xiàn)有的電動(dòng)汽車整體不能和傳統(tǒng)的燃油汽車相比,主要體現(xiàn)在價(jià)格高、續(xù)駛里程短、充電難、充電時(shí)間長、需要建設(shè)大量的充電站等方面,這些都成為電動(dòng)汽車亟待解決的大問題。設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)實(shí)用且安全可靠的電動(dòng)汽車充電器系統(tǒng),并進(jìn)行投資推廣,對于推動(dòng)電動(dòng)環(huán)保節(jié)能汽車的意義重大,這樣電動(dòng)汽車才可能真正普及。本文設(shè)計(jì)的公共電動(dòng)汽車充電器系統(tǒng)使用低功耗、速度快及資源多的MCU STM32作為核心控制,使用RFID及GSM技術(shù)讓整體充電樁易用和智能。多種保護(hù)措施使充電安全可靠,包括獨(dú)立電流過載保護(hù)裝置、充電線故障檢查保護(hù)、過熱保護(hù)、緊急按鈕停止保護(hù)、內(nèi)部供電故障保護(hù)、實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測電動(dòng)車通訊異常。最大輸出32A電流,220V民用交流電,滿足小區(qū)充電用戶的需求。實(shí)時(shí)顯示充電樁狀態(tài)及RTC,充電完成后發(fā)送短信到用戶手機(jī)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the enhancement of the idea of green energy saving, the development of "new energy" electric vehicle becomes the trend of the times. In recent years, the automobile industry giants of various countries have spent a lot of money, manpower and material resources on the research and development of electric vehicles. Although they have achieved many good results, there are still many bottlenecks that cannot be broken through. As a whole, the existing electric vehicles can not be compared with the traditional fuel vehicles, mainly reflected in high price, short driving mileage, difficult charging, long charging time, and the need to build a large number of charging stations, etc. All these become the big problem that electric vehicle needs to be solved urgently. It is of great significance to design a practical and safe and reliable electric vehicle charger system and invest and popularize it to promote the electric environmental protection and energy saving vehicle, so that the electric vehicle can be truly popularized. The public electric vehicle charger system designed in this paper uses MCU STM32 with low power consumption, high speed and more resources as the core control. RFID and GSM technology are used to make the whole charging pile easy to use and intelligent. Various protective measures make charging safe and reliable, including independent current overload protection, charging line fault detection protection, overheating protection, emergency button stop protection, internal power supply fault protection, real-time monitoring of electric vehicle communication anomalies. The maximum output 32A current is 220 V civil AC, which meets the needs of charging users in residential area. Real-time display of charging pile status and RTC, after the completion of charging send SMS to the user's mobile phone.
