百萬千瓦二次再熱機(jī)組再熱蒸汽系統(tǒng)壓力損失系數(shù)的分析研究

【摘要】:GB50660-2011《大中型火力發(fā)電廠設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》推薦的超超臨界機(jī)組再熱蒸汽系統(tǒng)壓力損失系數(shù)為7%~9%,但二次再熱機(jī)組的再熱系統(tǒng)壓力損失系數(shù)的取值范圍值得進(jìn)一步分析研究。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)選取了一系列不同直徑、壁厚的管道規(guī)格,利用AFT流體分析軟件對(duì)某百萬千瓦二次再熱機(jī)組再熱蒸汽系統(tǒng)的壓力損失進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算,并依據(jù)汽輪機(jī)入口壓力對(duì)熱耗的影響,對(duì)管道投資和收益進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性對(duì)比分析。對(duì)于百萬千瓦二次再熱機(jī)組而言,一級(jí)再熱系統(tǒng)的壓力損失系數(shù)宜為6.7%~7.0%,二級(jí)再熱系統(tǒng)的壓力損失系數(shù)宜為8.29%~9.13%。
[Abstract]:The pressure loss coefficient of reheat steam system recommended by GB 50660-2011 "Design Code for large and Medium-sized Thermal Power plants" is 7 / 9, but the range of pressure loss coefficient of reheat system of secondary reheat unit is worth further analysis and study. According to the design parameters, a series of pipe specifications with different diameters and wall thickness are selected, and the pressure loss of the reheat steam system of a million-kilowatt secondary reheat unit is simulated and calculated by using the AFT fluid analysis software. According to the influence of steam turbine inlet pressure on heat consumption, the economic comparison of pipeline investment and revenue is carried out. For a million kilowatt secondary reheat unit, the pressure loss coefficient of the primary reheat system should be 6.7 and 7.0, and the pressure loss coefficient of the secondary reheat system should be 8.29 and 9.13.
