【摘要】：S公司是一家船用空調(diào)制造商,面對(duì)近年來全球經(jīng)濟(jì)和船市的持續(xù)低迷,目前迫切需要通過提高企業(yè)管理水平來提高效益,降低成本。X項(xiàng)目為S公司近期簽約的一個(gè)大型項(xiàng)目,面臨著工期緊張、質(zhì)量要求苛刻、工序復(fù)雜等等問題。合理利用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的方法為X項(xiàng)目在保質(zhì)保量的前提下縮短工期、提高效率,從而達(dá)到節(jié)約成本,提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。本文以S公司的X項(xiàng)目作為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行深入探討,闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制的原理、過程和方法。結(jié)合S公司的X項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,分析了S公司的X項(xiàng)目管理存在的問題。然后通過WBS對(duì)X項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分解。最后基于CPM方法,編制了X項(xiàng)目的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖,并且確定了項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵路徑,利用PERT技術(shù)分析了X項(xiàng)目關(guān)鍵路徑的可行性。通過本文的研究,不僅對(duì)項(xiàng)目后期的實(shí)施提供了重要的參考,而且對(duì)S公司其他類似項(xiàng)目也有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:S Company is a marine air conditioning manufacturer. Facing the global economic and shipping market downturn in recent years, it is urgent to improve the efficiency by improving the management level of the enterprise and to reduce the cost. X project is a large project recently signed by S Company. Faced with time constraints, quality requirements, complex processes and other issues. The reasonable use of project schedule management method for X project in the premise of quality and quantity to shorten the duration, improve efficiency, thus achieving the purpose of saving costs and improving the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes X project of S Company as the research object, and expounds the principle, process and method of project schedule and control. According to the actual situation of X project in S Company, the problems in X project management of S Company are analyzed. Then the X project is decomposed in detail through WBS. Finally, based on CPM method, the network plan diagram of X project is worked out, and the critical path of X project is determined. The feasibility of the critical path of X project is analyzed by using Pert technology. The research in this paper not only provides an important reference for the later implementation of the project, but also has an important guiding significance for other similar projects in S Company.
