考慮非理想器件模型的電力電子系統(tǒng)狀態(tài)方程分析法

【摘要】:針對目前電力電子仿真軟件存在的對功率開關器件電磁瞬態(tài)過程仿真不夠準確,強剛性電路引起數(shù)值仿真計算發(fā)散等問題,提出一種基于量化狀態(tài)系統(tǒng)(QSS)的離散狀態(tài)事件驅(qū)動(DSED)仿真分析方法。該方法需要加入自動識別電力電子系統(tǒng)開關過程以及根據(jù)電路拓撲和所處狀態(tài)自動列寫狀態(tài)方程的相關算法。針對該需求提出一種基于圖論方法的狀態(tài)方程及輸出方程提取分析方法。首先,經(jīng)理論分析得到,將選用的器件模型代入電路可以得到狀態(tài)方程的標準形式;進而,提出電力電子系統(tǒng)電路的參數(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)矩陣程式化列寫方法,并基于此方法針對開關電路每一次開關器件切換都需要重新列寫狀態(tài)方程這一特點進行了相關分析。最后,對幾個典型電力電子系統(tǒng)電路進行仿真計算,結(jié)果證明了該提取分析方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the current power electronic simulation software, the simulation of electromagnetic transient process of power switch device is not accurate enough, and the strong rigidity circuit causes numerical simulation calculation divergence and so on. A discrete state event driven (DSED) simulation analysis method based on quantized state system (QSS) is proposed. This method needs to add automatic identification of power electronic system switching process and automatically write the state equation according to the circuit topology and the state of the relevant algorithm. A state equation and output equation extraction and analysis method based on graph theory is proposed. First of all, through theoretical analysis, the standard form of state equation can be obtained by inserting the selected device model into the circuit, and then, the method of parameter structure matrix programming of power electronic system circuit is proposed. Based on this method, a correlation analysis is carried out to analyze the need to relist the state equations for each switch in a switching circuit. Finally, several typical power electronic system circuits are simulated and calculated, and the results show that the proposed method is effective.
