基于占空比調(diào)節(jié)的無刷直流電機(jī)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制(DTC)在每一個(gè)控制周期對(duì)電機(jī)施加一個(gè)不變的電壓矢量,從而導(dǎo)致較大的轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng),而且開關(guān)管的開關(guān)頻率不固定。為減小轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)同時(shí)使開關(guān)管的開關(guān)頻率恒定從而提升系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,將占空比調(diào)制技術(shù)引入到無刷直流電機(jī)(BLDCM)DTC系統(tǒng)當(dāng)中,并研究了4種占空比生成方法對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)的抑制效果。由于引入了占空比調(diào)制技術(shù),零電壓矢量和非零電壓矢量作用的時(shí)間隨占空比的改變而改變,因此能夠?qū)D(zhuǎn)矩進(jìn)行更精細(xì)的控制從而抑制轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)。仿真和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:Traditional direct torque control (DTC) applies a constant voltage vector to the motor in each control cycle, which leads to a large torque ripple and the switching frequency of the switch tube is not fixed. In order to reduce the torque ripple and stabilize the switching frequency of the switch tube and improve the stability of the system, the duty cycle modulation technique is introduced into the brushless DC motor (BLDCM) DTC system. The effect of four duty cycle generation methods on torque ripple suppression is studied. With the introduction of duty cycle modulation technology, the time of zero-voltage vector and non-zero-voltage vector change with the duty cycle, so the torque ripple can be controlled more carefully. Simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
