超臨界600MW機(jī)組振動(dòng)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與故障診斷系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,超臨界600MW發(fā)電機(jī)組于2000年之后大批量投入生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng),已成為我國(guó)火力發(fā)電企業(yè)的主力機(jī)組;痣姀S汽輪機(jī)是電力企業(yè)主要設(shè)備設(shè)施,是能量轉(zhuǎn)換的核心部件。我國(guó)600MW超臨界機(jī)組在段時(shí)間內(nèi)的大面積投產(chǎn),汽輪機(jī)廠在吸收國(guó)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)及加快設(shè)備制造過(guò)程較快,汽輪機(jī)投產(chǎn)運(yùn)行過(guò)程中逐漸暴露出由于部分吸收改進(jìn)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不合理、檢修安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的部套安裝質(zhì)量低、設(shè)備監(jiān)測(cè)分析裝置可靠性不高、精度差和設(shè)備故障預(yù)警裝置不及時(shí)等產(chǎn)生的各種異常。這些問(wèn)題會(huì)直接導(dǎo)致機(jī)組停運(yùn)及各類事故,給發(fā)電企業(yè)及電網(wǎng)帶來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。為此開(kāi)展超臨界600MW機(jī)組振動(dòng)常見(jiàn)故障處理的收集及歸納。針對(duì)目前電廠廣泛采用的在線監(jiān)測(cè)裝置的升級(jí)改造工作是能源行業(yè)汽輪機(jī)的研究方向。本文研究了600MW汽輪機(jī)機(jī)組振動(dòng)常見(jiàn)故障如葉片斷裂、轉(zhuǎn)子裂紋、動(dòng)靜碰摩等相關(guān)故障,重點(diǎn)梳理超臨界600MW汽輪機(jī)近年來(lái)的主要故障統(tǒng)計(jì)分布及特征,并開(kāi)發(fā)了一套基于IEEE 802.11的旋轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)械振動(dòng)在線監(jiān)測(cè)與故障診斷系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, supercritical 600MW generating units have been put into production and operation in large quantities since 2000, and have become the main units of thermal power generation enterprises in China. Steam turbine in thermal power plant is the main equipment of power enterprise and the core component of energy conversion. When 600 MW supercritical unit is put into production in a large area in a period of time in China, the steam turbine plant is absorbing foreign experience and speeding up the manufacturing process of the equipment. During the operation of the steam turbine, the unreasonable structural design due to partial absorption and improvement is gradually exposed. All kinds of anomalies such as low installation quality, low reliability of equipment monitoring and analysis device, poor precision and equipment fault warning device are caused by the low quality of part sleeve in the site of maintenance and installation. These problems will lead directly to the outage of generating units and all kinds of accidents, and bring economic losses to power generation enterprises and power grids. To this end, the collection and induction of common vibration faults of supercritical 600 MW units are carried out. It is the research direction of steam turbine in energy industry to upgrade and renovate the on-line monitoring device which is widely used in power plant at present. In this paper, the common vibration faults of 600MW steam turbine such as blade breakage, rotor cracks, dynamic and static rub-impact faults are studied, and the statistical distribution and characteristics of main faults of supercritical 600MW steam turbine in recent years are discussed. An on-line vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system for rotating machinery based on IEEE 802.11 is developed.
