福建電力配電網(wǎng)通信組網(wǎng)技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:配電通信網(wǎng)作為統(tǒng)一堅(jiān)強(qiáng)智能型配電網(wǎng)的基礎(chǔ)支撐平臺(tái),發(fā)揮著極其關(guān)鍵的作用。但福建省內(nèi)配電網(wǎng)目前建設(shè)無規(guī)劃性,多數(shù)地區(qū)采用的技術(shù)體制較為落后,組網(wǎng)技術(shù)及規(guī)劃布點(diǎn)均不科學(xué),造成整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性差、信號(hào)丟包、靈動(dòng)性及發(fā)展性差等問題。本課題主要特色為根據(jù)福建各地市地域特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行通信組網(wǎng)技術(shù)體制選擇,提出各類通信技術(shù)體制對(duì)應(yīng)區(qū)域的組網(wǎng)方案。主要針對(duì)配電通信網(wǎng)骨干網(wǎng)及接入網(wǎng)兩個(gè)方面開展課題研究。(1)配電通信網(wǎng)骨干網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃研究:第一,對(duì)骨干網(wǎng)通信方式進(jìn)行比選并選定技術(shù)體制;第二,根據(jù)各地域的供電區(qū)域等級(jí)高低,提出新型的數(shù)據(jù)通信網(wǎng)路由器組網(wǎng)技術(shù)研究方案。(2)配電通信網(wǎng)接入網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃研究:第一,對(duì)各類先進(jìn)的通信技術(shù)進(jìn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)分析;第二,根據(jù)地域各自特點(diǎn)(電壓等級(jí)高低、地勢(shì)優(yōu)劣、配電站點(diǎn)分布及饋線網(wǎng)絡(luò)形式等),選擇對(duì)應(yīng)不同區(qū)域的通信技術(shù)體制,包括:光以太網(wǎng)交換機(jī)組網(wǎng)技術(shù)、EPON(以太網(wǎng)無源光網(wǎng)絡(luò))組網(wǎng)技術(shù)、無線專網(wǎng)(TD-LTE)組網(wǎng)技術(shù)、應(yīng)急通信衛(wèi)星技術(shù);第三,提出各類技術(shù)體制對(duì)應(yīng)區(qū)域的新型組網(wǎng)技術(shù)研究方案。第四,開發(fā)規(guī)劃整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)的EPON光功率衰耗計(jì)算軟件;第五,對(duì)接入網(wǎng)光纜建設(shè)規(guī)劃,合理規(guī)劃光纜纖芯分配,發(fā)明光纜交接箱專利。通過本課題研究,設(shè)計(jì)出了福建省各區(qū)域的配電通信網(wǎng)建設(shè)方案,已于多個(gè)地市建設(shè)使用,并已獲得顯著成效。解決目前福建各地市現(xiàn)有配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在的缺陷和困難。包括:網(wǎng)絡(luò)體制不一、架構(gòu)混亂且無規(guī)劃性、層次不清晰、安全穩(wěn)定性差、網(wǎng)絡(luò)易癱瘓、纖芯使用不合理、設(shè)備不穩(wěn)定、遠(yuǎn)景新增設(shè)備無法合理有序地接入、網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)維管理困難等問題。同時(shí)制定了配電通信網(wǎng)整體建設(shè)原則,對(duì)未來福建各地市配電通信網(wǎng)的建設(shè)起指導(dǎo)性作用。
[Abstract]:As the basic supporting platform of the unified strong and intelligent distribution network, the distribution communication network plays an extremely critical role. However, the distribution network construction in Fujian province is unplanned at present, the technical system adopted in most areas is relatively backward, and the networking technology and planning points are not scientific, which results in the poor reliability of the whole network, the loss of signal packet, the poor agility and development, and so on. The main feature of this paper is to select the technical system of communication networking according to the regional characteristics of Fujian prefectures and cities, and to put forward the networking scheme of the corresponding regions of all kinds of communication technology systems. This paper mainly focuses on two aspects of distribution communication network backbone network and access network. (1) Distribution communication network backbone network planning research: first, compare the backbone network communication mode and select the technical system; second, According to the regional level of power supply, a new research scheme of data communication network router networking technology is put forward. (2) the network planning of distribution communication network access network: first, the economic and technical analysis of all kinds of advanced communication technology; Secondly, according to the characteristics of different regions (voltage level, terrain, distribution of distribution stations and feeder network forms, etc.), the communication technology system corresponding to different regions is selected. It includes: EPON (Ethernet passive Optical Network) networking technology, TD-LTE networking technology and emergency communication satellite technology; third, the research scheme of new networking technology in the corresponding areas of various technical systems. Fourth, develop the EPON optical power loss calculation software to plan the whole network; fifthly, to the access network optical fiber cable construction plan, the reasonable plan optical fiber cable core distribution, the invention optical fiber cable transfer box patent. Through the research of this subject, the construction scheme of distribution communication network in various regions of Fujian Province has been designed and used in many prefectures and cities, and remarkable results have been obtained. Solve the defects and difficulties existing in the current distribution network of Fujian prefectures and cities. Including: the network system is different, the structure is chaotic and unplanned, the level is not clear, the security stability is poor, the network is easily paralyzed, the core use is unreasonable, the equipment is unstable, and the prospective new equipment cannot be accessed in a reasonable and orderly manner. Network operation and maintenance management difficulties and other problems. At the same time, the whole construction principle of distribution communication network is established, which will play a guiding role in the construction of distribution communication network in all cities and cities in Fujian in the future.
