【摘要】：自動(dòng)發(fā)電控制(AGC)調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)程中存在發(fā)電機(jī)變化率約束、時(shí)延等約束條件,使得基于線性模型的AGC控制策略不能反映真實(shí)電力系統(tǒng)的頻率調(diào)節(jié)特性。針對(duì)AGC時(shí)滯系統(tǒng)同時(shí)存在飽和與時(shí)延的問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于內(nèi)外環(huán)比例—積分(PI)穩(wěn)定域的串級(jí)控制系統(tǒng)遺傳優(yōu)化策略�；贏GC系統(tǒng)的負(fù)荷頻率控制與機(jī)組控制組成的串級(jí)控制回路,采用Hopf分岔代數(shù)判據(jù)和時(shí)滯系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定域理論,分別求取了內(nèi)外回路的PI穩(wěn)定域,證明了飽和及時(shí)延參數(shù)會(huì)影響到PI穩(wěn)定域的變化。通過(guò)將穩(wěn)定域轉(zhuǎn)化為控制器參數(shù)優(yōu)化的約束條件后,對(duì)內(nèi)環(huán)優(yōu)化采用不同指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,證明了絕對(duì)誤差積分(IAE)指標(biāo)對(duì)于擾動(dòng)具有更好的抑制能力;而對(duì)外環(huán)的對(duì)比表明采用時(shí)間乘平方誤差積分(ITSE)指標(biāo)具有更小的波動(dòng)量。遺傳優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明所提控制策略能夠有效抑制飽和及時(shí)延環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能的影響。
[Abstract]:In the process of automatic generation control (AGC) regulation, there are constraints of generator change rate and delay, which makes the AGC control strategy based on linear model cannot reflect the frequency regulation characteristics of real power system. In view of the problem of saturation and delay in AGC time-delay systems, a kind of internal and external loop proportional integral (PI) stability is proposed. The genetic optimization strategy of the cascade control system in the domain is based on the cascade control loop of the load frequency control and the unit control of the AGC system. The Hopf bifurcation algebraic criterion and the time-delay system stability domain theory are used to obtain the PI stable domain of the internal and external loops respectively. It is proved that the saturation time delay parameters will affect the change of the PI stable domain. When the domain is transformed into the constraint condition of the controller parameter optimization, the internal loop optimization is compared with different indexes. It is proved that the absolute error integral (IAE) index has a better suppression ability for the disturbance; while the contrast of the outer ring indicates that the time multiplication square error integral (ITSE) index has smaller fluctuation. The proposed control strategy can effectively suppress the influence of saturation and delay loop on system performance.
