振動(dòng)條件下XLPE絕緣熱老化的可靠性評(píng)估

【摘要】:為提高交聯(lián)聚乙烯(XLPE)電纜絕緣材料在聯(lián)合應(yīng)力老化條件下壽命預(yù)測(cè)的可靠度,并探究其失效概率分布,設(shè)計(jì)了2組加速老化試驗(yàn),在不同老化應(yīng)力條件下,對(duì)多個(gè)XLPE材料樣片進(jìn)行電阻退化數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)試。測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)時(shí)間尺度函數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換后,應(yīng)用線性Wiener過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)建模;同時(shí)利用傳統(tǒng)阿侖尼烏斯(Arrhenius)方程、逆冪準(zhǔn)則與材料壽命之間的關(guān)系,結(jié)合極大似然函數(shù),對(duì)線性Wiener過(guò)程模型參數(shù)進(jìn)行估計(jì),最后經(jīng)理論計(jì)算得出試驗(yàn)所用XLPE電纜絕緣材料的失效概率密度曲線、可靠度曲線及不同組合應(yīng)力條件下其壽命分布圖,同時(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際敷設(shè)電纜在復(fù)雜振動(dòng)工作環(huán)境下的應(yīng)力水平等因素,計(jì)算得到在最高允許溫度(90℃)下,外部振動(dòng)加速度為0.5 m/s~2時(shí),XLPE電纜絕緣材料預(yù)期壽命為17.8年。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the reliability of life prediction of XLPE cable insulation under combined stress aging, and to explore its failure probability distribution, two groups of accelerated aging tests were designed under different aging stress conditions. The resistance degradation data of multiple XLPE samples were tested. After the test data is converted by time scale function, the data is modeled by the linear Wiener process, and the relationship between the traditional Arrhenius (Arrhenius) equation, the inverse power criterion and the material life is combined with the maximum likelihood function. The parameters of linear Wiener process model are estimated. Finally, the failure probability density curve, reliability curve and life distribution diagram of XLPE cable insulation material used in the test are obtained by theoretical calculation. At the same time, considering the stress level of cable laying in complex vibration working environment, it is calculated that the life expectancy of XLPE cable insulation material is 17.8 years at the maximum allowable temperature (90 鈩,
