【摘要】:采用熱鍍鋅層剩余厚度和通過(guò)人工目視宏觀檢測(cè)的鐵塔塔材表面腐蝕形貌作為評(píng)判依據(jù),并借鑒鋼材表面腐蝕程度的劃分和涂層老化評(píng)級(jí)方法等相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),制定了輸電線路鐵塔腐蝕等級(jí)評(píng)定規(guī)則,并提出了處理建議。該評(píng)定規(guī)則易于輸電線路技術(shù)監(jiān)督人員掌握和應(yīng)用,使其能夠在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)快速準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)輸電線路鐵塔腐蝕等級(jí)進(jìn)行判定,并以此為依據(jù)制定下一步的處理方案。
[Abstract]:The residual thickness of hot-dip galvanizing layer and the corrosion morphology of tower material through manual macroscopic inspection were used as the basis for judging the corrosion degree of steel surface and the method of coating aging rating, and so on, and some related standards such as the classification of corrosion degree on steel surface and the method of coating aging rating were used for reference. The evaluation rules of corrosion grade of transmission line tower are established, and the treatment suggestions are put forward. The evaluation rule is easy to be grasped and applied by the technical supervisor of transmission line, so that the corrosion grade of transmission line tower can be judged quickly and accurately on the spot, and based on this, the next treatment scheme is worked out.
