基于多尺度法的電機轉(zhuǎn)子在不平衡磁拉力作用下的自由振動特性分析

【摘要】:即使動平衡精度很高的電機轉(zhuǎn)子,其質(zhì)量偏心可忽略,但由于車用永磁同步電機工況復(fù)雜,換段過程、路面不平度、發(fā)動機激勵等都可對轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)形成徑向擾動,轉(zhuǎn)子將產(chǎn)生自由渦動,引起動態(tài)偏心,進而不平衡磁拉力對電機轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的自由渦動產(chǎn)生影響。根據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)的剛度特性討論了動力學(xué)方程中非線性項系數(shù)以確定多尺度法的應(yīng)用條件,利用該方法得到了不平衡磁拉力作用下轉(zhuǎn)子系統(tǒng)自由振動的解析解并研究其振動特性。由于不平衡磁拉力的非線性使得轉(zhuǎn)子正反自由渦動的復(fù)振幅是時變的,其大小保持常數(shù)不變而其相位隨時間線性變化,其變化率取決于正反渦動的振幅,這將導(dǎo)致正反渦動的頻率降低。若正反渦動振幅大小相等且非零則正反渦動頻率相等,轉(zhuǎn)子中心運動軌跡為直線;若正反渦動振幅有一個為零,則轉(zhuǎn)子中心軌跡為圓;更一般的情況是正反渦動振幅大小不等且均不為零,兩種渦動產(chǎn)生耦合其頻率也不再相等,轉(zhuǎn)子自由渦動的軌跡是一個旋轉(zhuǎn)的近似橢圓其位移分量產(chǎn)生調(diào)幅現(xiàn)象。當轉(zhuǎn)子渦動振幅不大時,利用多尺度法獲得的解析解與數(shù)值計算結(jié)果吻合較好具有較高的精度。
[Abstract]:Although the mass eccentricity of motor rotor with high dynamic balancing accuracy can be neglected, the rotor system can be disturbed by radial disturbance due to the complex working conditions, changing process, road roughness, engine excitation, etc. The rotor will produce free vortex, cause dynamic eccentricity, and then unbalance magnetic pull force will affect the free vortex of motor rotor system. According to the stiffness characteristics of the rotor system, the nonlinear coefficients of the dynamic equation are discussed to determine the application conditions of the multi-scale method. The analytical solution of the free vibration of the rotor system under unbalanced magnetic pull is obtained and the vibration characteristics of the rotor system are studied by using this method. Because of the nonlinearity of unbalanced magnetic pull force, the complex amplitude of the rotor's forward and inverse free vortex is time-varying, its magnitude remains constant and its phase changes linearly with time, and the rate of change depends on the amplitude of the positive and negative vortex. This will result in a decrease in the frequency of positive and negative eddies. If the amplitude of the positive and negative vortices is equal and the frequency of the positive and negative vortices is equal, the trajectory of the rotor center is straight line, if the amplitude of the positive and negative vortices is zero, the trajectory of the center of the rotor is circular. More generally, the amplitude of both positive and negative vortices is not equal, and the frequency of coupling is no longer equal. The trajectory of rotor free vortex is an approximate ellipse of rotation and its displacement component produces amplitude modulation phenomenon. When the rotor vortex amplitude is small, the analytical solution obtained by the multi-scale method is in good agreement with the numerical results.
