應用于頻率寬范圍波動電網(wǎng)的自適應采樣相位差校正法

【摘要】:指出了定速率采樣下,非同步采樣造成的頻譜泄漏是相位差校正法測量誤差的主要來源,尤其在對頻率寬范圍波動的電網(wǎng)信號進行連續(xù)測量時,采用相位差校正法可能造成測量失敗。文中提出了一種基于自適應采樣的改進方法。根據(jù)前次測得的基波頻率與前次計算所得的頻率變化率來預測電網(wǎng)的實時基波頻率,并實時修正采樣頻率,使之跟蹤變化的基波頻率。分別在自適應采樣與定速率采樣下使用相位差校正法對頻率動態(tài)變化的電網(wǎng)信號進行仿真對比。結(jié)果表明,該方法較定速率采樣方法對同一變頻電網(wǎng)信號的幅值測量精度提高一個數(shù)量級,相位測量精度提高3~14倍,采樣窗長為IEC標準規(guī)定窗長的40%。該方法減小了因基波頻率動態(tài)變化而產(chǎn)生的頻譜泄漏,使相位差校正法在頻率寬范圍波動的電網(wǎng)中能夠滿足諧波連續(xù)測量的精度與實時性需要。
[Abstract]:It is pointed out that spectrum leakage caused by asynchronous sampling is the main source of measurement error of phase difference correction method under constant rate sampling, especially when continuous measurement of power network signals with wide frequency range is carried out. Phase difference correction may cause measurement failure. An improved method based on adaptive sampling is proposed. According to the measured fundamental frequency and the frequency change rate of the previous calculation, the real-time fundamental frequency of the power network is predicted, and the sampling frequency is corrected in real time to track the change of the fundamental frequency. The phase difference correction method is used to simulate and compare the frequency dynamic power network signals under adaptive sampling and constant rate sampling respectively. The results show that compared with the constant rate sampling method, the accuracy of amplitude measurement is increased by one order of magnitude, the accuracy of phase measurement is increased by 3n14 times, and the sampling window length is 40 times longer than that of IEC standard. This method can reduce the frequency leakage caused by the dynamic change of fundamental frequency and make the phase difference correction method meet the need of accuracy and real-time of harmonic continuous measurement in the power network with wide frequency fluctuation.
