非理想永磁同步電機(jī)的電磁振動(dòng)分析

【摘要】:永磁同步電機(jī)的振動(dòng)及噪聲是判斷其性能優(yōu)劣的重要參數(shù),然而在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中,由于制造工藝的限制,電機(jī)會(huì)存在轉(zhuǎn)子偏心、定子沖片不對(duì)稱(chēng)、磁鋼充磁后主極磁場(chǎng)不對(duì)稱(chēng)等不可避免的問(wèn)題。這些非理想因素都會(huì)對(duì)電機(jī)的電磁振動(dòng)造成影響。因此研究非理想永磁同步電機(jī)的電磁振動(dòng)問(wèn)題具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了研究:首先,對(duì)永磁同步電機(jī)振動(dòng)特性的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了研究。分析永磁同步電機(jī)的氣隙磁場(chǎng)分布情況,并使用麥克斯韋應(yīng)力方程對(duì)空載和負(fù)載時(shí)的徑向電磁力進(jìn)行了解析計(jì)算,歸納其空間模數(shù)和時(shí)間次數(shù)。對(duì)單元?jiǎng)偠染仃嚭蛦卧|(zhì)量矩陣進(jìn)行了推導(dǎo)。為研究非理想永磁同步電機(jī)的電磁振動(dòng)問(wèn)題奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次,對(duì)非理想永磁同步電機(jī)的徑向電磁力進(jìn)行了研究。仿真計(jì)算了轉(zhuǎn)子偏心、定子齒寬不等、軛部厚度不等和磁鋼充磁不均勻時(shí)電機(jī)受到的徑向電磁力,對(duì)其進(jìn)行諧波分析。探究以上非理想因素是否會(huì)對(duì)力波模數(shù)和時(shí)間次數(shù)造成影響并總結(jié)規(guī)律。再次,對(duì)非理想永磁同步電機(jī)的振動(dòng)模態(tài)進(jìn)行了研究。先將理想永磁同步電機(jī)的模態(tài)振型及固有頻率進(jìn)行有限元分析并作為參照,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究轉(zhuǎn)子偏心、定子齒寬不等和軛部厚度不同時(shí)永磁同步電機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài),得到各階模態(tài)振型及固有頻率。最后,對(duì)非理想永磁同步電機(jī)的電磁振動(dòng)進(jìn)行了研究。在以上兩方面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用電磁-結(jié)構(gòu)耦合場(chǎng)對(duì)非理想永磁同步電機(jī)的電磁振動(dòng)進(jìn)行諧響應(yīng)分析,探究了振動(dòng)位移的各次諧波的頻率分布及幅值大小。
[Abstract]:The vibration and noise of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are important parameters to judge the performance of PMSM. However, due to the limitation of manufacturing technology, the rotor eccentricity and the asymmetry of stator punches will exist in the PMSM. The asymmetry of the main pole magnetic field after magnetization of magnetic steel is inevitable. These non-ideal factors will affect the electromagnetic vibration of the motor. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the electromagnetic vibration of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). In this paper, the following aspects are studied: firstly, the theoretical basis of the vibration characteristics of PMSM is studied. The distribution of air-gap magnetic field of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed, and the radial electromagnetic force under no load and load is calculated analytically by Maxwell stress equation, and its spatial modulus and time times are summarized. The element stiffness matrix and element mass matrix are derived. It lays a foundation for the study of electromagnetic vibration of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Secondly, the radial electromagnetic force of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied. The radial electromagnetic force of the motor under the conditions of rotor eccentricity, stator tooth width, yoke thickness and magnetic steel magnetic inhomogeneity is simulated and calculated, and the harmonic analysis is carried out. To explore whether the above non-ideal factors will affect the modulus and time of force wave and summarize the rule. Thirdly, the vibration modes of non-ideal PMSM are studied. The modal mode and natural frequency of ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are analyzed by finite element method (FEM), and then the structural modes of PMSM with rotor eccentricity, stator tooth width and yoke thickness are studied. The modes and natural frequencies of each order are obtained. Finally, the electromagnetic vibration of non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor is studied. On the basis of the above two aspects, the electromagnetic response of the non-ideal permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed by using the electromagnetic structure coupling field, and the frequency distribution and amplitude of each harmonic wave of the vibration displacement are discussed.
