一種減少電壓互感器的模塊化多電平換流器分組控制策略

【摘要】:針對模塊化多電平換流器(MMC)需要配置大量電壓互感器的問題,提出一種減少電壓互感器的分組控制策略。該控制策略將每個橋臂的2N個子模塊按照2~0,2~1,2~2,…,2~(N-1),2~0分成N+1個子模塊組。將每組的子模塊作為一個整體,開關(guān)狀態(tài)保持一致,并且配備一個電壓互感器,用于測量每組的電容電壓。根據(jù)這種結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計相應(yīng)的電容電壓平衡控制方法、均壓控制方法和調(diào)制方法。電容電壓平衡控制采用PI調(diào)節(jié)器穩(wěn)定各組子模塊的電容電壓;均壓控制用來保持組間子模塊電壓平均值均衡;調(diào)制方法用來確定各個模塊組的通斷狀態(tài)。該分組方法極大地減少了電壓互感器的數(shù)量,降低MMC系統(tǒng)的造價。最后通過在Matlab/Simulink平臺上搭建三十三電平的三相MMC仿真模型進行證明,并搭建九電平單相MMC實驗平臺,進行實驗驗證,結(jié)果表明了該分組控制策略的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that a large number of voltage transformers need to be deployed in the modularized multilevel converter (MMC), a grouping control strategy for reducing voltage transformers is proposed. In this control strategy, the 2N submodule of each arm of the bridge is divided into two submodules. The N-1 and N-0 were divided into N 1 submodule group (n 1 submodule group) and N 1 submodule group (P < 0 01). Each group of sub-modules as a whole, the switching state is consistent, and is equipped with a voltage transformer to measure the capacitance voltage of each group. According to this structure, the corresponding capacitive voltage balance control method, voltage sharing control method and modulation method are designed. The capacitor voltage balance control uses Pi regulator to stabilize the capacitor voltage of each submodule; the voltage equalization control is used to keep the average voltage equalization between the sub-modules; and the modulation method is used to determine the on-off state of each module group. This grouping method greatly reduces the number of voltage transformers and reduces the cost of MMC system. Finally, a three-phase MMC simulation model with 33 level is built on Matlab / Simulink platform, and a nine-level single-phase MMC experimental platform is built for experimental verification. The results show the effectiveness of the grouping control strategy.
