【摘要】:T型三電平拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)的變流器以其輸出電壓畸變率低、轉(zhuǎn)換效率高以及功率器件電壓應(yīng)力小等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),在配電網(wǎng)靜止無功補(bǔ)償領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。針對(duì)T型三電平配電網(wǎng)靜止同步補(bǔ)償器功率器件開路故障問題,在分析T型三電平配電網(wǎng)靜止同步補(bǔ)償器換流路徑的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種適用于配電網(wǎng)靜止同步補(bǔ)償器工況的容錯(cuò)控制方法。根據(jù)對(duì)一相橋臂四個(gè)功率器件開路故障狀態(tài)的分析,將其分為內(nèi)功率器件和外功率器件2類,然后針對(duì)不同的開路故障提出2套容錯(cuò)控制方案。最后,仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明所提控制策略的正確性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Because of its low output voltage distortion, high conversion efficiency and low voltage stress of power devices, T-type three-level topology converter has been widely used in the field of static var compensation in distribution network. Aiming at the open circuit fault of static synchronous compensator in T type three-level distribution network, the commutation path of static synchronous compensator in T type three-level distribution network is analyzed. A fault tolerant control method for static synchronous compensator in distribution network is proposed. According to the analysis of open circuit fault state of four power devices with one phase bridge arm, it is divided into two categories: internal power device and external power device. Then, two sets of fault-tolerant control schemes are proposed for different open circuit faults. Finally, the simulation and experimental results show that the proposed control strategy is correct and effective.
