不同類型蒸發(fā)器對ORC系統(tǒng)影響的實驗研究

【摘要】:以中低溫能源的高效利用為目的,在穩(wěn)定熱源和變工質流量條件下對以2種不同類型換熱器為蒸發(fā)器的有機朗肯循環(huán)(ORC)發(fā)電系統(tǒng)進行實驗研究。研究結果表明:ORC系統(tǒng)中板式蒸發(fā)器的最大換熱系數(shù)約是管殼式蒸發(fā)器的1.6倍;系統(tǒng)性能方面存在合適工質流量使得系統(tǒng)性能最佳,采用管殼式ORC系統(tǒng)最大熱效率與效率約為采用板式ORC系統(tǒng)的1.5倍;在膨脹機進口過熱度較低時,板式蒸發(fā)器的蒸發(fā)空間是制約板式ORC系統(tǒng)性能和穩(wěn)定性的重要因素;結合2種換熱器特點,提出2種換熱器串聯(lián)作為蒸發(fā)器的改進設想。
[Abstract]:With the purpose of efficient utilization of medium and low temperature energy, an experimental study on the organic Rankine cycle (ORC) power generation system with 2 different types of heat exchangers is carried out under the condition of stable heat source and variable medium flow. The results show that the maximum heat transfer coefficient of the plate evaporator in the ORC system is about 1.6 times that of the tube and shell evaporator. There is a suitable flow rate for the system to make the best performance of the system. The maximum thermal efficiency and efficiency of the shell type ORC system are about 1.5 times that of the plate type ORC system. The evaporation space of the plate evaporator is an important factor restricting the performance and stability of the plate type ORC system when the inlet superheat of the expander is low; and 2 of the characteristics of the heat exchangers are combined to put forward 2. The type of heat exchanger is used in series as the improvement idea of the evaporator.
