應(yīng)用于高壓低頻輸電的H橋級(jí)聯(lián)型矩陣變換器環(huán)流機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:高壓低頻交流輸電技術(shù)對(duì)于大規(guī)模海上風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)、大城市集中區(qū)域供電以及現(xiàn)有高壓電力電纜線路擴(kuò)容改造等一些必須采用高壓電力電纜輸電的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì)。高壓大容量交-交電能變換裝置為該技術(shù)的核心問題,基于H橋級(jí)聯(lián)的矩陣式變換器(CHB-MC)以其優(yōu)異的低頻工作性能,成為實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓低頻交流輸電技術(shù)的重要途徑之一。CHB-MC是一種適用于高電壓、大容量場(chǎng)合的直接型交-交變換器拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)。從CHB-MC的電容電壓波動(dòng)入手,分析換流器環(huán)流機(jī)理;利用換流器內(nèi)部環(huán)流等效電路,提出電容電壓波動(dòng)及環(huán)流的通項(xiàng)公式;推導(dǎo)特征環(huán)流頻率及其幅值。進(jìn)而對(duì)影響CHB-MC特征頻率環(huán)流的相關(guān)參數(shù)進(jìn)行深入的分析,并通過數(shù)字仿真進(jìn)行相關(guān)證明。
[Abstract]:High-voltage low-frequency AC transmission technology has unique advantages for large-scale offshore wind power grid connection, centralized power supply in large cities, and expansion and transformation of existing high-voltage power cable lines. High voltage and large capacity AC / AC converter is the core problem of this technology. The matrix converter based on H-bridge cascade is CHB-MC-based for its excellent low frequency performance. CHB-MC is a kind of direct AC-AC converter topology suitable for high voltage and large capacity. Based on the capacitance voltage fluctuation of CHB-MC, the circulation mechanism of converter is analyzed, the formula of capacitance voltage fluctuation and general term of circulation is proposed by using the equivalent circuit of internal circulation of converter, and the characteristic circulation frequency and its amplitude are deduced. Furthermore, the related parameters affecting CHB-MC characteristic frequency circulation are deeply analyzed and proved by digital simulation.
