考慮不確定因素的關(guān)鍵輸電斷面分析

【摘要】:計及負(fù)荷與間歇式電源波動在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的傳播特性,提出基于綜合介數(shù)指標(biāo)的系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵支路辨識方法,用以全面反映特定運行環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)及運行方式下系統(tǒng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。然后提出基于節(jié)點電氣距離聚類的電網(wǎng)分區(qū)算法及其修正措施,避免漏選區(qū)內(nèi)重要線路。最后,在電網(wǎng)分區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)上根據(jù)輸電斷面特征選擇關(guān)鍵支路主導(dǎo)的輸電斷面作為系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵輸電斷面。IEEE39節(jié)點系統(tǒng)算例驗證了該方法的有效性。實際應(yīng)用時,可根據(jù)不同時段的負(fù)荷或間歇式能源波動特性以及系統(tǒng)運行方式的變化隨時搜索系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵輸電斷面,為有針對性地采取系統(tǒng)安全控制措施提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Taking into account the propagation characteristics of load and intermittent power fluctuation in the network, a key branch identification method based on the comprehensive medium index is proposed to reflect the weak links of the system under the specific operating environment, network structure and operation mode. Then, an algorithm of power grid partition based on node electrical distance clustering and its correction measures are proposed to avoid the leakage of important lines in the selected area. Finally, according to the characteristics of transmission section, the key branch section is selected as the key transmission section of the system. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example of the IEEE 39-node system. In practical application, the key transmission sections of the system can be searched at any time according to the load or intermittent energy fluctuation characteristics of different periods and the change of the system operation mode, which provides the basis for the system safety control measures.
