汽輪機輪盤質(zhì)量及位置對轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速影響試驗研究

【摘要】:汽輪發(fā)電機組在臨界轉(zhuǎn)速時轉(zhuǎn)子的振幅急劇增大,造成動靜之間碰摩,給機組帶來一定的危害。轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的計算方法多種,但是往往計算結(jié)果與實際誤差較大。通過伯德圖法、頻譜分析法和李莎茹圖法進行轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速測量,實驗結(jié)果顯示3種方法所測結(jié)果基本一致,并確定選取伯德圖法測量轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速較為準確;通過改變轉(zhuǎn)子上輪盤的質(zhì)量和位置變化,利用伯德圖進行轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速測量,得出隨著質(zhì)量的增大轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速會減小,在偏離轉(zhuǎn)子中心位置較遠處影響不大;相同質(zhì)量情況下,輪盤偏離轉(zhuǎn)子中心越遠,轉(zhuǎn)子臨界轉(zhuǎn)速增加得越快。該試驗結(jié)論可指導(dǎo)工程實踐,對現(xiàn)場臨界轉(zhuǎn)速的計算、仿真和實驗起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:The amplitude of the rotor increases sharply at the critical speed of the turbine-generator unit, which results in rub-impact between the dynamic and static, and brings certain harm to the unit. There are many methods to calculate the critical speed of the rotor. The critical speed of rotor is measured by Berdtu method, spectrum analysis method and Lisaru chart method. The experimental results show that the results of the three methods are basically the same, and it is determined that the Birdchart method is more accurate to measure the critical speed of the rotor. By changing the mass and position of the wheel on the rotor, the critical speed of the rotor is measured with the Byrd diagram. It is concluded that the critical speed of the rotor will decrease with the increase of mass, and the influence of the distance from the center of the rotor is not significant. At the same mass, the farther the wheel deviates from the center of the rotor, the faster the critical speed of the rotor increases. The experimental results can guide engineering practice and can be used for reference in the calculation, simulation and experiment of the critical speed in the field.
