變頻循環(huán)水泵功耗計(jì)算模型研究

【摘要】:變頻循環(huán)水泵通過(guò)改變轉(zhuǎn)速來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)循環(huán)水量是火電廠(chǎng)冷端系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化的一個(gè)重要方面,而變頻循環(huán)水泵的功耗計(jì)算又是其中重要的一環(huán)。在分析變頻循環(huán)水泵功耗傳統(tǒng)算法缺陷的基礎(chǔ)上,提出單臺(tái)變頻循環(huán)水泵功耗計(jì)算模型和兩臺(tái)變頻循環(huán)水泵并聯(lián)運(yùn)行功耗計(jì)算模型,使計(jì)算結(jié)果更加準(zhǔn)確,為火電廠(chǎng)循環(huán)水泵的變頻節(jié)能提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)支撐,對(duì)冷端系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化運(yùn)行具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:It is an important aspect to optimize the cooling system of thermal power plant to adjust the circulating water by changing the speed of the variable frequency circulating pump, and the calculation of the power consumption of the frequency conversion circulating pump is an important part of it. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional algorithm for power consumption of variable frequency circulating water pump, the power consumption calculation model of single variable frequency circulating pump and two parallel operation power consumption models of two variable frequency circulating pumps are proposed, which makes the calculation results more accurate. It provides accurate data support for the frequency conversion and energy saving of circulating water pump in thermal power plant, and has certain guiding significance for the optimization operation of cold end system.
