【摘要】：為實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)的精細(xì)化管理與評價,提出了網(wǎng)格化中低壓智能配電網(wǎng)評價指標(biāo)體系及綜合評價方法。首先定義了中低壓智能配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)格以及臺區(qū)單元的劃分原則,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從電力用戶和電網(wǎng)企業(yè)2個利益相關(guān)者的角度進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)合各自的需求及其關(guān)注的指標(biāo)類型,構(gòu)建了對配電臺區(qū)單元和10 k V主干網(wǎng)格的配電網(wǎng)精細(xì)化評價指標(biāo)體系。同時,提出了可實(shí)現(xiàn)多目標(biāo)決策的基于最小二乘法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度法的綜合評價方法,該方法應(yīng)用最小二乘模型優(yōu)化了由環(huán)比評分法確定的主觀權(quán)重和由熵權(quán)法確定的客觀權(quán)重,兼顧了評價指標(biāo)的主客觀信息。將該評價指標(biāo)體系及評價方法運(yùn)用于區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)算例,得出被評價區(qū)域配電網(wǎng)各網(wǎng)格的優(yōu)劣排序及各網(wǎng)格內(nèi)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。結(jié)果表明,該指標(biāo)體系及評價方法可以為智能配電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)和改善運(yùn)行提供依據(jù),從而服務(wù)于智能配電網(wǎng)的精細(xì)化管理。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the fine management and evaluation of distribution network, the evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation method of grid medium and low voltage smart distribution network are put forward. Firstly, the paper defines the dividing principle of grid and unit of medium and low voltage smart distribution network. Based on this, the paper analyzes the grid of medium and low voltage smart distribution network from the perspective of two stakeholders of power users and power grid enterprises, and combines their needs and their concerned index types. A fine evaluation index system of distribution network for distribution station area unit and 10 kV backbone grid is constructed. At the same time, a comprehensive evaluation method based on least square method and grey correlation method is proposed, which can realize multi-objective decision making. Using least square model, the subjective weight determined by loop scoring method and the objective weight determined by entropy weight method are optimized. The subjective and objective information of the evaluation index is taken into account. The evaluation index system and evaluation method are applied to the example of regional distribution network, and the order of each grid and the weak links in each grid are obtained. The results show that the index system and the evaluation method can provide the basis for the construction and improvement of the smart distribution network, so as to serve the fine management of the smart distribution network.
