【摘要】：準(zhǔn)確的風(fēng)功率預(yù)測(cè)對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)安全、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行具有重要意義,而風(fēng)速預(yù)測(cè)是風(fēng)功率預(yù)測(cè)的關(guān)鍵。文章提出一種基于優(yōu)化模糊C均值(Optimal Fuzzy C means,OFCM)聚類的組合風(fēng)速短期預(yù)測(cè)方法。首先,采用模擬退火遺傳算法優(yōu)化模糊C均值聚類算法的初始聚類中心;其次,基于優(yōu)化模糊C均值聚類算法將初始風(fēng)速屬性樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分組;再根據(jù)不同風(fēng)速樣本組,運(yùn)用極限學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)(Extremely Learning Machine,ELM)構(gòu)建組合風(fēng)速預(yù)測(cè)模型;最后,通過(guò)風(fēng)速實(shí)測(cè)值與預(yù)測(cè)值的對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了該方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Accurate wind power prediction is of great significance to the safe and stable operation of power system, and wind speed prediction is the key to wind power prediction. This paper presents a short-term forecasting method for combined wind speed based on optimal Fuzzy Fuzzy OFCM clustering. First, the simulated annealing genetic algorithm is used to optimize the initial clustering center of fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm; secondly, the initial wind speed attribute sample data are grouped based on the optimized fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm; then according to different wind speed sample groups, The combined wind speed prediction model is constructed by using extreme learning machine Extremely Learning Machine (ELM). Finally, the feasibility of this method is verified by comparing the measured wind speed values with the predicted ones.
