【摘要】：煤電機(jī)組的優(yōu)化運(yùn)行對(duì)于節(jié)能降耗有重要的意義,如何合理地選擇能效特征指標(biāo)并確定其基準(zhǔn)值是機(jī)組優(yōu)化運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵�；跀�(shù)據(jù)挖掘算法,對(duì)機(jī)組歷史運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析:利用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析法,選取對(duì)供電煤耗產(chǎn)生主要影響的能效特征指標(biāo);采用K均值算法對(duì)多特征參數(shù)進(jìn)行聚類(lèi)劃分并確定其基準(zhǔn)值;結(jié)合廣義回歸神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò),預(yù)測(cè)供電煤耗在基準(zhǔn)工況下的目標(biāo)值;對(duì)離散基準(zhǔn)值樣本點(diǎn)進(jìn)行樣條插值,建立機(jī)組全工況下的動(dòng)態(tài)基準(zhǔn)值工況庫(kù)。最后,選取某超超臨界百萬(wàn)濕冷機(jī)組運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析與驗(yàn)證,分析結(jié)果表明提出的能效指標(biāo)基準(zhǔn)值研究方法,可以為煤電機(jī)組的優(yōu)化運(yùn)行提供調(diào)整方向。
[Abstract]:The optimal operation of coal generating units is of great significance for energy saving and consumption reduction. How to reasonably select the energy efficiency characteristic index and determine its reference value is the key to the optimal operation of the units. Based on the data mining algorithm, the paper analyzes the historical operation data of the unit. By using the grey correlation analysis method, it selects the energy efficiency characteristic index which has the main influence on the power supply coal consumption. K-means algorithm is used to cluster the multi-characteristic parameters and determine the reference value; combined with the generalized regression neural network, the target value of power supply coal consumption in the reference condition is predicted; the sample points of discrete datum value are interpolated by spline. The dynamic datum working condition library of the unit is established under all working conditions. Finally, the operation data of a ultra supercritical million wet cooling unit is analyzed and verified. The analysis results show that the proposed research method of energy efficiency index reference value can provide the adjustment direction for the optimization operation of coal power unit.
