【摘要】:導(dǎo)線是輸電線路最主要的組成部分,擔(dān)負(fù)著傳輸電能的作用。導(dǎo)線的選型不僅要考慮安全可靠的輸送電能,同時(shí)還要滿足環(huán)境保護(hù)的要求,最終從技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)方面還需要是合理方案。導(dǎo)線的選型不僅影響線路工程的初期建設(shè)費(fèi)用,而且對后期線路的運(yùn)行維護(hù)成本也有較大影響。因此,對導(dǎo)線類型、截面和分裂型式等進(jìn)行綜合技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)比較,以得出最佳導(dǎo)線選型方案至關(guān)重要。國內(nèi)外對導(dǎo)線的選型研究根據(jù)本國電力工程特點(diǎn)及實(shí)際需要,制定有不同的導(dǎo)線標(biāo)準(zhǔn),電流密度,導(dǎo)體允許溫度、電磁環(huán)境影響等均有各自的規(guī)定;結(jié)合不同工程實(shí)際需要,除了廣泛使用的鋼芯鋁絞線外,全鋁合金導(dǎo)線、鋼芯高導(dǎo)鋁絞線、低風(fēng)壓導(dǎo)線等新型導(dǎo)線逐步被研發(fā)并應(yīng)用于具體工程中。結(jié)合蒙東電網(wǎng)某500kV交流輸電線路工程案例,根據(jù)該工程實(shí)際需求及技術(shù)條件,綜合考慮各種導(dǎo)線的電氣性能、機(jī)械性能、線路全壽命周期費(fèi)用等因素,對導(dǎo)線型式、分裂根數(shù)、總截面選擇、經(jīng)濟(jì)電流密度進(jìn)行全面論證,優(yōu)化選擇合適的導(dǎo)線,最終得出適合工程特點(diǎn)的較合理的導(dǎo)線方案。本文通過對蒙東電網(wǎng)某500kV交流輸電線路導(dǎo)線選型分析,不同類型的導(dǎo)線具有不同的優(yōu)良性能,在使用時(shí)應(yīng)根據(jù)工程的具體特點(diǎn),選用相應(yīng)的導(dǎo)線方案,才能充分發(fā)揮導(dǎo)線優(yōu)勢,達(dá)到保證工程安全,實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能減排的目標(biāo)。未來如何降低損耗,節(jié)約能源是導(dǎo)線的發(fā)展方向和趨勢。
[Abstract]:Conductor is the most important part of transmission line, which is responsible for the transmission of electric energy. The selection of conductors should not only consider the safe and reliable transmission of electric energy, but also meet the requirements of environmental protection. Finally, it is necessary to be reasonable in terms of technology and economy. The selection of conductors not only affects the initial construction cost of the line project, but also has a great influence on the operation and maintenance cost of the line in the later stage. Therefore, it is very important to compare the traverse type, cross section and split type in order to get the best traverse selection scheme. Research on conductor selection at Home and abroad according to the characteristics and actual needs of domestic electric power engineering, different traverse standards, current density, conductor allowable temperature, electromagnetic environment influence and so on have their own regulations, combined with the actual needs of different projects, In addition to the widely used steel core aluminum strands, all aluminum alloy conductors, steel core high conductance aluminum strands, low wind pressure conductors and other new types of conductors have been gradually developed and applied in concrete projects. Combined with the case of a 500kV AC transmission line project in Mendong Power Grid, according to the actual requirements and technical conditions of the project, the electrical properties, mechanical properties, line life cycle cost and other factors of various conductors are considered synthetically, and the type of conductors and the number of splitting roots are considered. The selection of total section, economic current density and optimum selection of suitable conductors are carried out. Finally, a more reasonable traverse scheme suitable for engineering characteristics is obtained. Based on the analysis of conductor selection for a certain 500kV AC transmission line in Mendong Power Grid, it is found that different types of conductors have different excellent performances. In order to give full play to the advantages of conductors, the corresponding traverse schemes should be selected according to the specific characteristics of the project. To ensure the safety of the project and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction. How to reduce loss and save energy in the future is the development direction and trend of conductors.
