【摘要】：為應用方便直觀的電路方法進行雙饋風電并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)故障分析和短路計算,針對電網(wǎng)故障后轉子側變流器(rotor side converter,RSC)控制方式提出一種雙饋風機(doubly-fed induction generator,DFIG)序網(wǎng)等值電路。故障后RSC不間斷控制的運行方式下,DFIG定子短路電流中含有幅值穩(wěn)定的工頻正負序分量、2個衰減速度不同且頻率接近工頻的正序分量以及衰減直流分量。分別推導了各交流成分對應的序網(wǎng)等值電路,其中,穩(wěn)定工頻正序分量對應的等值電路可用等值電勢及正序阻抗來表示;穩(wěn)定工頻負序分量對應的等值電路用無源的負序阻抗來表示;而衰減交流分量可用受控電流源來描述。利用所提DFIG等值電路,應用傳統(tǒng)序網(wǎng)分析方法即可方便進行短路計算,不需仿真就能獲得雙饋風機并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)中各處的短路電流。通過PSCAD仿真驗證了所提等值電路和解析算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out fault analysis and short circuit calculation of doubly-fed wind power grid-connected system with convenient and intuitive circuit method, an equivalent circuit of doubly-fed fan's doubly-fed induction generator (DFIGG) sequence network is proposed for rotor side converter (side) control mode after power grid failure. Under the operation mode of uninterrupted control after failure, the short-circuit current of RSC stator contains positive and negative sequence components with stable amplitude, two positive sequence components with different attenuation velocities and frequencies close to power frequency, as well as attenuated DC components. The sequence network equivalent circuits corresponding to each AC component are derived respectively, in which the equivalent circuit corresponding to the stable power frequency positive sequence component can be expressed by equivalent potential and positive sequence impedance. The equivalent circuit corresponding to the steady power frequency negative sequence component is represented by the passive negative sequence impedance, while the attenuated AC component can be described by the controlled current source. Using the proposed DFIG equivalent circuit and using the traditional sequence net analysis method, the short-circuit calculation can be carried out conveniently, and the short-circuit current in the grid-connected system of the doubly-fed fan can be obtained without the need of simulation. The effectiveness of the proposed equivalent circuit and analytical algorithm is verified by PSCAD simulation.
