-40℃超低溫鎳氫電池的研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究了-40℃超低溫鎳氫電池及低溫合金。通過(guò)對(duì)低溫合金和常規(guī)合金的成分、粒度、比表面積及P-C-T曲線分析,證明低溫合金可以提高鎳氫電池低溫性能的可行性。通過(guò)對(duì)兩種合金粉的電化學(xué)性能測(cè)試以及制作成鎳氫電池進(jìn)行性能測(cè)試,鎳氫電池的比功率和大電流放電性能大幅度提高,在-40℃超低溫環(huán)境下放電率可以達(dá)到80%以上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鎳氫電池的超低溫放電性能,適合在北方寒冷地區(qū)使用,為鎳氫電池打開北方寒冷地區(qū)市場(chǎng)提供了技術(shù)保障。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the ultra-low-temperature nickel-hydrogen battery and low-temperature alloy are studied. By analyzing the composition, particle size, specific surface area and P-C-T curve of low temperature alloy and conventional alloy, it is proved that low temperature alloy can improve the low temperature performance of Ni-MH battery. The specific power and high current discharge performance of Ni-MH battery were greatly improved through the electrochemical performance test of two kinds of alloy powder and the performance test of Ni-MH battery. The discharge rate of Ni-MH battery could reach more than 80% at -40 鈩,
