【摘要】:風(fēng)力機(jī)模擬器(Wind Turbine Simulator,WTS)作為替代實(shí)際風(fēng)力機(jī)的重要工具,可以簡化風(fēng)電研究的實(shí)驗(yàn)過程,縮短風(fēng)電技術(shù)的研發(fā)周期。考慮到大轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量導(dǎo)致的風(fēng)力機(jī)慢機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代商用風(fēng)電機(jī)組不容忽視的特點(diǎn)之一,而WTS的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)慣量卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于實(shí)際風(fēng)力機(jī)。同時(shí),當(dāng)前WTS對風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)的模擬主要關(guān)注模擬系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性問題,較少涉及機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)模擬的準(zhǔn)確性問題。因此,本文以風(fēng)力機(jī)模擬器為平臺(tái),圍繞風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)的準(zhǔn)確模擬開展了如下的研究工作:1)發(fā)現(xiàn)WTS在模擬風(fēng)機(jī)機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)時(shí)會(huì)出現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)確性的問題,并對此提出將WTS的轉(zhuǎn)速軌跡的統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)(轉(zhuǎn)速誤差εn、轉(zhuǎn)速誤差標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差σn)以及風(fēng)機(jī)效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)(平均風(fēng)能利用率Pfavg)等參數(shù)作為準(zhǔn)確性的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),用于評(píng)價(jià)WTS的機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)模擬的準(zhǔn)確程度;2)從時(shí)域角度對WTS的傳動(dòng)鏈進(jìn)行建模,探索影響機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)模擬準(zhǔn)確性的因素,重點(diǎn)分析了阻尼和轉(zhuǎn)速噪聲這兩個(gè)參數(shù)對準(zhǔn)確性的影響機(jī)理。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,分別設(shè)計(jì)了基于阻尼補(bǔ)償和轉(zhuǎn)速噪聲抑制的改進(jìn)策略,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了它們能夠有效抑制阻尼誤差和轉(zhuǎn)速噪聲對WTS傳動(dòng)鏈的影響。3)將阻尼補(bǔ)償和轉(zhuǎn)速噪聲抑制改進(jìn)策略應(yīng)用于WTS實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),并開展了風(fēng)電機(jī)組的最大功率點(diǎn)跟蹤控制的實(shí)驗(yàn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明改進(jìn)后的WTS能夠更加準(zhǔn)確地模擬風(fēng)力機(jī)的機(jī)械動(dòng)態(tài)過程。
[Abstract]:As an important tool to replace the actual wind turbine, the wind turbine simulator can simplify the experimental process of wind power research and shorten the research and development period of wind power technology. Considering that the slow mechanical dynamics of wind turbine caused by large moment of inertia has become one of the characteristics of modern commercial wind turbine, the moment of inertia of WTS is much smaller than that of actual wind turbine. At the same time, the current simulation of fan mechanical dynamics by WTS is mainly concerned with the stability of the simulation system, but less on the accuracy of mechanical dynamic simulation. Therefore, based on the wind turbine simulator, the following research work has been carried out around the accurate simulation of fan mechanical dynamics in this paper. (1) We find that WTS has the problem of accuracy in simulating fan mechanical dynamics. In this paper, the statistical index (rotational speed error 蔚 n, rotational speed error standard deviation 蟽 n) and fan efficiency evaluation index (average wind energy utilization ratio) of WTS are put forward as the accuracy evaluation index. In order to evaluate the accuracy of mechanical dynamic simulation of WTS, the paper models the transmission chain of WTS from the point of view of time domain, and explores the factors that affect the accuracy of mechanical dynamic simulation. The influence mechanism of damping and rotational speed noise on accuracy is analyzed. On this basis, the improved strategies based on damping compensation and speed noise suppression are designed, respectively. Experimental results show that they can effectively suppress the influence of damping error and rotational speed noise on WTS transmission chain. 3) the improved damping compensation and speed noise suppression strategies are applied to the WTS experimental platform. The experiment of maximum power point tracking control of wind turbine is also carried out. The experimental results show that the improved WTS can more accurately simulate the dynamic process of the wind turbine.
