新能源電力系統(tǒng)次同步振蕩問(wèn)題研究綜述

【摘要】:隨著風(fēng)力發(fā)電等新能源并網(wǎng)容量的增加,大功率電力電子技術(shù)的廣泛采用,以多源多變換復(fù)雜交直流系統(tǒng)為組成架構(gòu)的新能源電力系統(tǒng)逐漸形成,由此引發(fā)的次同步振蕩新問(wèn)題不斷凸顯,次同步振蕩的概念和內(nèi)涵不斷延伸,它們的起因、表現(xiàn)形式、影響程度、監(jiān)測(cè)和抑制方法等諸多錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的問(wèn)題再一次引起世界范圍的廣泛重視。本文首先總結(jié)新能源電力系統(tǒng)次同步振蕩的基本問(wèn)題與發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),并剖析我國(guó)次同步振蕩問(wèn)題的特點(diǎn)與表現(xiàn),最后提出當(dāng)前次同步振蕩研究中的新問(wèn)題,以及在抑制技術(shù)等方面面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與應(yīng)對(duì)措施,以期推動(dòng)我國(guó)次同步振蕩問(wèn)題的研究。
[Abstract]:With the increase of grid capacity of new energy, such as wind power generation, and the wide adoption of high-power electronic technology, the new energy power system composed of multi-source and multi-conversion complex AC / DC system is gradually formed. The new problems caused by the sub-synchronous oscillation continue to highlight, the concept and connotation of the sub-synchronous oscillation continue to extend, their causes, forms of expression, degree of influence, Many complicated problems, such as monitoring and suppression methods, have once again attracted worldwide attention. In this paper, the basic problems and development trend of sub-synchronous oscillation in new energy power system are summarized, and the characteristics and performance of sub-synchronous oscillation in China are analyzed. Finally, a new problem in the research of sub-synchronous oscillation is put forward. In order to promote the research of subsynchronous oscillation in China, the challenges and countermeasures in restraining technology are also discussed.
