一種新型永磁交流接觸器及其控制電路

【摘要】:提出一種帶分?jǐn)啾Wo(hù)裝置的新型永磁交流接觸器,接觸器分為機(jī)構(gòu)部分與控制電路部分。當(dāng)永磁接觸器控制回路失電或者退磁線圈出現(xiàn)故障、接觸器無法正常分?jǐn)鄷r(shí),保護(hù)裝置此時(shí)會(huì)被觸發(fā),迫使接觸器鐵心克服永磁體吸力進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制分?jǐn)。設(shè)計(jì)了一種控制電路與接觸器進(jìn)行配合工作,電路分正常工作電路和保護(hù)電路兩部分。正常工作電路負(fù)責(zé)控制接觸器進(jìn)行正常的分?jǐn)嗯c吸合操作,保護(hù)電路則負(fù)責(zé)檢測(cè)并觸發(fā)保護(hù)裝置進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制分?jǐn)啾Wo(hù)。為提高電路可靠性,保護(hù)電路全部采用邏輯電路進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),無CPU控制單元。同時(shí),為提高供電可靠性,保護(hù)電路與正常工作電路電源單獨(dú)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),保護(hù)電路電源采用接觸器主觸頭380V線電壓供電。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了分?jǐn)嗫刂齐妷号c輔助觸頭電壓間的時(shí)延,此時(shí)延作為保護(hù)電路的設(shè)計(jì)基準(zhǔn)。同時(shí)進(jìn)行了分?jǐn)啾Wo(hù)特性實(shí)驗(yàn),實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明所提出的新型交流永磁接觸器在正常工作回路失電或者出現(xiàn)故障時(shí),保護(hù)裝置可有效解決永磁接觸器無法分?jǐn)嗟膯栴},大幅提高永磁接觸器的工作可靠性。
[Abstract]:A new type of permanent magnet AC contactor with break protection device is proposed. The contactor is divided into two parts: the mechanism part and the control circuit part. When the control circuit of the permanent magnet contactor is out of power or the demagnetizing coil is out of order, the protection device will be triggered, forcing the contactor core to overcome the suction of the permanent magnet. A control circuit is designed to work with contactor. The circuit is divided into two parts: normal working circuit and protective circuit. The normal working circuit is responsible for controlling the contactor to perform normal breaking and sucking operation, while the protection circuit is responsible for detecting and triggering the protective device for forced break protection. In order to improve the reliability of the circuit, the protection circuit is designed by logic circuit without CPU control unit. At the same time, in order to improve the reliability of power supply, the protection circuit and the normal working circuit power supply are designed separately. The main contactor contact is used to supply the power supply with 380 V line voltage. The delay between the break control voltage and the auxiliary contact voltage is studied experimentally, and the delay is used as the design reference of the protection circuit. The experimental results show that the new AC permanent magnet contactor can effectively solve the problem that the permanent magnet contactor can not be broken when the normal working circuit is out of power or when the fault occurs. The reliability of permanent magnet contactor is greatly improved.
