干粉裝置電力系統(tǒng)無功諧波治理裝置的應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:電網(wǎng)電壓與無功密切相關(guān),諧波的注入也很大程度上影響電網(wǎng)的正常運(yùn)行。電能質(zhì)量的問題在電力系統(tǒng)中受到大量的關(guān)注。為了使電能質(zhì)量達(dá)到安全可靠、經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)優(yōu)異的要求,研究無功補(bǔ)償和諧波抑制技術(shù)具有深遠(yuǎn)的影響和意義。首先,針對(duì)干粉裝置電力系統(tǒng)的諧波和無功現(xiàn)狀,本文論證了諧波抑制和無功補(bǔ)償綜合裝置的可行性,并分別對(duì)諧波的治理措施和無功補(bǔ)償原理進(jìn)行了深入分析,為諧波抑制和無功綜合裝置的研究提供了理論依據(jù)。其次對(duì)諧波和無功電流的綜合檢測(cè)方法的性能進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比,重點(diǎn)研究了基于瞬時(shí)無功功率理論的qpii-檢測(cè)法和基于BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的PI控制策略。最后設(shè)計(jì)了以并聯(lián)有源電力濾波器(HAPF)為核心與靜止無功發(fā)生器(SVC)聯(lián)合運(yùn)行的綜合裝置,該裝置由結(jié)構(gòu)相同的多組晶閘管投切電容器SVC和HAPF裝置并聯(lián)在電網(wǎng)上,通過SVC和APF的互補(bǔ)互利實(shí)現(xiàn)綜合治理的目的。同時(shí),將此綜合裝置應(yīng)用于大慶煉化公司干粉生產(chǎn)裝置電力系統(tǒng)的,通過實(shí)踐對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的處理和分析,驗(yàn)證了此裝置在提高系統(tǒng)動(dòng)態(tài)性能及穩(wěn)定性方面具有更可靠、更速動(dòng)、更靈敏的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Power grid voltage is closely related to reactive power, and harmonic injection also affects the normal operation of power grid to a great extent. The problem of power quality has received a lot of attention in the power system. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of power quality and the requirement of excellent economic index, the research on reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression technology has far-reaching influence and significance. Firstly, according to the current situation of harmonic and reactive power in the power system of dry powder plant, the feasibility of harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation integrated device is demonstrated in this paper, and the harmonic treatment measures and reactive power compensation principle are analyzed in depth. It provides a theoretical basis for the research of harmonic suppression and reactive power synthesis device. Secondly, the performance of the integrated detection method of harmonic and reactive current is analyzed and compared, and the qpii-detection method based on instantaneous reactive power theory and the Pi control strategy based on BP neural network are studied. Finally, an integrated device based on shunt active power filter (shunt active power filter) and static Var Generator (SVC) is designed. The device is connected in parallel by SVC and HAPF devices with the same structure. The purpose of comprehensive management is realized by mutual benefit of SVC and APF. At the same time, the application of the integrated unit to the power system of the dry powder production unit of Yu Daqing Refining and Chemical Company proves that the device is more reliable and quick in improving the dynamic performance and stability of the system through the processing and analysis of the data in practice.
