H公司車間布局優(yōu)化與仿真研究

【摘要】:本文以專業(yè)實習的H公司電機生產(chǎn)車間為研究對象,在詳細分析其生產(chǎn)車間特點的基礎(chǔ)上,針對電機生產(chǎn)工藝和企業(yè)的實際情況,對該企業(yè)車間的作業(yè)單元布局問題進行了優(yōu)化研究。本文的主要工作內(nèi)容如下:首先,本文分析和總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外車間布局優(yōu)化問題的相關(guān)文獻資料,對當前車間布局的基本理論與方法進行了深度的剖析,然后以H公司的生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)即電機車間為研究對象,以車間半年的生產(chǎn)任務(wù)為數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)其車間的物流量和各作業(yè)單元之間的距離等原始資料,對當前生產(chǎn)車間的物流系統(tǒng)運用F-D圖進行分析,通過分析圖找出當前該公司在電機車間布局方面存在的主要問題。其次,針對當前車間存在的主要問題。本文詳細查閱和分析了車間布局問題的相關(guān)理論,確定了該電機生產(chǎn)車間布局與設(shè)計的目標。建立了以最小搬運成本和最短搬運時間的多目標數(shù)學(xué)模型,并根據(jù)電機生產(chǎn)車間的實際情況,提出了車間設(shè)施規(guī)劃的約束條件。針對車間布局模型的求解問題,本文運用遺傳算法進行優(yōu)化求解,首先詳細介紹了該算法的基本原理、工作流程以及算法在求解車間布局問題的優(yōu)勢。然后代入電機生產(chǎn)車間的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)得出滿意解,以此作為車間布局的初始優(yōu)化方案。最后,為了深入研究車間的布局優(yōu)化問題,同時也是為了彌補算法優(yōu)化的不足之處,本文在初始優(yōu)化方案的基礎(chǔ)上建立了該電機車間的仿真模型,并根據(jù)運行得到的仿真結(jié)果對車間布局進行了進一步的優(yōu)化,再次優(yōu)化方案與原布置方案相比具有明顯的優(yōu)勢,本文的研究結(jié)果對制造型企業(yè)在進行車間布局時有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the detailed analysis of the characteristics of the workshop, this paper takes the workshop of H Company as the research object, and aims at the actual situation of the motor production process and the enterprise. The optimization of the job unit layout in the workshop of this enterprise is studied. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant literature on the optimization of workshop layout at home and abroad, and makes a deep analysis of the basic theory and methods of the present workshop layout. Then taking the production system of H Company as the object of study, taking the production task of the workshop for half a year as the data, and according to the original data such as the material flow of the workshop and the distance between the operation units, etc. The F-D diagram is used to analyze the logistics system of the current production workshop, and the main problems in the layout of the motor workshop are found out by the analysis diagram. Secondly, aiming at the main problems existing in the workshop at present. In this paper, the relevant theories of workshop layout are consulted and analyzed in detail, and the layout and design objectives of the motor production workshop are determined. A multi-objective mathematical model with minimum handling cost and shortest handling time is established. According to the actual situation of the motor workshop, the constraint conditions of workshop facility planning are put forward. In this paper, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem of job-shop layout model. Firstly, the basic principle of the algorithm, the workflow and the advantages of the algorithm in solving the job-shop layout problem are introduced in detail. Then the satisfactory solution is obtained by substituting the relevant data of the motor workshop as the initial optimization scheme for the layout of the workshop. Finally, in order to deeply study the layout optimization problem of the workshop, and to make up for the shortcomings of the algorithm optimization, this paper establishes the simulation model of the motor workshop based on the initial optimization scheme. According to the simulation results obtained from the operation, the layout of the workshop is further optimized, and the optimization scheme has obvious advantages compared with the original layout. The results of this paper can be used for reference in workshop layout of manufacturing enterprises.
