【摘要】：為減輕操作人員勞動強(qiáng)度,提高電力系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行的可靠性和高效性,提升整個電網(wǎng)的自動化水平,國家電網(wǎng)公司提出建設(shè)“智能電網(wǎng)”的號召。為響應(yīng)這一號召,提升配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的管理水平,改善電力用戶對電能質(zhì)量和可靠性的使用效能,糾正原有配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)的落后局面,全國各地區(qū)應(yīng)當(dāng)不斷推進(jìn)配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展,做好智能配電網(wǎng)的建設(shè)管理工作,為智能電網(wǎng)的建成奠定基礎(chǔ)。雖然杭州地區(qū)在配電網(wǎng)自動化改造過程中走在全國前列,但在諸多方面仍有不足之處,應(yīng)當(dāng)不斷借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)改善自身配電網(wǎng)自動化系統(tǒng)的性能。本文基于杭州電力公司配電網(wǎng)建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀,有針對性地提出了杭州地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架提升方案,確定了配電網(wǎng)網(wǎng)架補(bǔ)強(qiáng)和一次設(shè)備提升改造原則和改造方式,分析明確了杭州地區(qū)配電網(wǎng)自動化建設(shè)的改造原則與改造內(nèi)容;設(shè)計了基于信息交互總線的主站系統(tǒng)總體架構(gòu),從功能的總體框架出發(fā)確定了自動化改造方式,從網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)、供電可靠性分析和平均故障停電時間等角度驗(yàn)證了所提改進(jìn)方案的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the labor intensity of operators, improve the reliability and efficiency of power system operation, and improve the automation level of the whole power grid, the State Grid Company proposed the call to build "smart grid". In order to respond to this call, improve the management level of the distribution network, improve the power quality and reliability of power users, and correct the backward situation of the original distribution network, all regions of the country should continue to promote the development of the distribution network. Do well the construction and management of smart distribution network, and lay the foundation for the establishment of smart grid. Although Hangzhou area is in the forefront of the whole country in the process of automatic transformation of distribution network, there are still some shortcomings in many aspects, so we should constantly use advanced technology at home and abroad for reference to improve the performance of our own distribution network automation system. Based on the present situation of distribution network construction in Hangzhou Electric Power Company, this paper puts forward the scheme of improving the distribution network structure in Hangzhou area, and determines the principle and mode of the upgrading of distribution network structure and primary equipment. The transformation principle and content of automation construction of distribution network in Hangzhou area are analyzed and defined, the general architecture of master station system based on information interactive bus is designed, the automatic transformation mode is determined from the overall frame of function, and the structure of grid frame is established. The reliability analysis and average outage time of power supply verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
