渝西配網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化示范片區(qū)建設(shè)研究及差異化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:配電網(wǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化示范片區(qū)建設(shè)是農(nóng)村配電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的實(shí)踐,是配網(wǎng)運(yùn)維管理和服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的有力支撐。在渝西丘陵地區(qū)開展配電臺(tái)區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè),遇到地形復(fù)雜、植被豐富、村民分散居住、季節(jié)性用電突出等因素影響,因此,有必要開展配電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化示范臺(tái)區(qū)(片區(qū))建設(shè)研究。本文采取理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的方法,根據(jù)渝西地區(qū)地形、氣候特點(diǎn),在分析該地區(qū)農(nóng)村配電網(wǎng)發(fā)展、配網(wǎng)日常運(yùn)維出現(xiàn)的問題、配電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化示范臺(tái)區(qū)建設(shè)及取得的效果的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)有成熟的建設(shè)及運(yùn)維經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合配網(wǎng)建設(shè)評價(jià)的基礎(chǔ)理論,研究分析了配電典型設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)存在的不足,選取了適應(yīng)本地區(qū)的配電網(wǎng)工程典型設(shè)計(jì)方案并進(jìn)行了差異化設(shè)計(jì)。本研究證實(shí),在渝西農(nóng)村推行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)和典型設(shè)計(jì)落地中,需針對本地區(qū)的運(yùn)行環(huán)境等情況選擇使用典型設(shè)計(jì)方案和進(jìn)行差異化修訂。增加故障指示器和選用非晶合金變壓器降損以提升可靠性,加裝空心線圈和浪涌保護(hù)器及設(shè)備雙側(cè)裝設(shè)避雷器進(jìn)行防雷,采用絕緣導(dǎo)線和推廣三級漏電保護(hù)器、管控施工工藝質(zhì)量等防止人身傷害等適應(yīng)渝西農(nóng)村的配網(wǎng)差異化設(shè)計(jì)方案,為渝西農(nóng)村配電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化示范片區(qū)建設(shè)提供有力的支撐。通過研究和實(shí)踐,渝西片區(qū)的合川供電公司2015年建設(shè)的一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化示范臺(tái)區(qū)、2016年建設(shè)的一條10kV標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化線路分別獲得國家電網(wǎng)公司當(dāng)年“農(nóng)配網(wǎng)百佳工程”稱號,建設(shè)研究取得了良好的實(shí)踐效果。
[Abstract]:The construction of distribution network standardization demonstration area is the practice of rural distribution network planning and construction standardization, and it is a powerful support for distribution network operation and maintenance management and service standardization. The construction of distribution station standardization in western Chongqing hilly area is affected by complicated terrain, abundant vegetation, scattered villagers living and seasonal power consumption. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research on the construction of distribution standardization demonstration station area (area). This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, according to the topography and climate characteristics of western Chongqing, analyzes the problems of the development of rural distribution network and the daily operation and maintenance of distribution network in this area. On the basis of the construction and effect of distribution standardization demonstration station area, using the existing mature construction and operation and maintenance experience, combined with the basic theory of distribution network construction evaluation, this paper studies and analyzes the shortcomings of the typical design standard of distribution. The typical design scheme of distribution network engineering suitable for this area is selected and the differential design is carried out. This study confirms that in the implementation of standardization construction and the landing of typical designs in rural areas of western Chongqing, it is necessary to choose the typical design scheme and carry out differential revision according to the operation environment in this area. Adding fault indicators and selecting amorphous alloy transformers to improve reliability, installing hollow coils and surge protectors, installing lightning arresters on both sides of the equipment, adopting insulated conductors and popularizing three-stage leakage protectors, The differential design scheme of distribution network in western Chongqing rural areas, such as controlling construction technology quality and preventing personal injury, provides a strong support for the construction of rural distribution standardization demonstration area in western Chongqing. Through research and practice, a standardized demonstration station built by Hechuan Power supply Company in western Chongqing in 2015 and a 10kV standardized line constructed in 2016 were named "the best agricultural distribution network engineering" by the State Grid Company in that year, respectively. Construction research has achieved good practical results.
