【摘要】：在高風(fēng)電滲透率電網(wǎng)的負(fù)荷恢復(fù)過程中,適當(dāng)時(shí)機(jī)接入一定比例風(fēng)電有利于提高負(fù)荷恢復(fù)效率,但同時(shí)會(huì)增加發(fā)生二次停電的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。考慮負(fù)荷恢復(fù)過程風(fēng)電參與的不確定性,建立同時(shí)考慮負(fù)荷恢復(fù)收益與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的恢復(fù)策略價(jià)值量優(yōu)化模型。利用條件風(fēng)險(xiǎn)價(jià)值(conditional value at risk,CVa R)方法對(duì)負(fù)荷恢復(fù)過程中的不確定性因素進(jìn)行定量計(jì)算和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)衡量,從而將具有不確定性風(fēng)電參與的模型轉(zhuǎn)化為風(fēng)電出力滿足一定置信水平的確定性多目標(biāo)混合整數(shù)非線性規(guī)劃(multi-objective mixed integer non-linear programming,MMINP)模型。為實(shí)現(xiàn)模型簡潔、快速求解,通過潮流線性化近似(linear programming of AC,LPAC)以及分層序列法(lexicographic optimization method,LOM)將MMINP轉(zhuǎn)化為雙層單目標(biāo)線性規(guī)劃(bi-level single-objective linear programming,Bi-SLP)問題,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中可以通過時(shí)步遞進(jìn)的方式反復(fù)調(diào)用所提方法實(shí)現(xiàn)負(fù)荷恢復(fù)優(yōu)化。仿真結(jié)果表明,所構(gòu)建的方法能夠根據(jù)恢復(fù)需求通過多階段決策實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)電在負(fù)荷恢復(fù)過程中的有計(jì)劃接入,提高恢復(fù)效率。
[Abstract]:In the process of load recovery of high permeability power grid, the appropriate time to connect a certain proportion of wind power is beneficial to improve the efficiency of load recovery, but at the same time it will increase the risk of secondary power outages. Considering the uncertainty of wind power participation in the process of load recovery, an optimal value optimization model of recovery strategy is established, which considers both the return and risk of load recovery. The method of conditional value at riskat CVa Rmethod is used to quantitatively calculate and measure the uncertain factors in the process of load recovery. Thus, the model with uncertain wind power participation is transformed into a deterministic multi-objective mixed integer nonlinear programming model with multi-objective mixed integer nonlinear programming (MMINPP), in which wind power output satisfies a certain confidence level. In order to achieve simple and fast solution of the model, MMINP is transformed into bi-level single-objective linear programming Bi-SLP problem by using power flow linearization approximation linear programming of acid LPAC) and stratified sequence method lexicographic optimization method. In practical application, the proposed method can be repeatedly called to realize load recovery optimization. The simulation results show that the proposed method can realize the planned access of wind power in the process of load recovery according to the recovery demand and improve the recovery efficiency.
