【摘要】:研究了以微量銀粉、石墨粉、碳黑、填充料(滑石粉、利德粉和氧化鋁粉)及聚合物樹脂粘合劑,配制電熱漿料。用平均粒徑小于1.5μm的超細(xì)銀粉(2%),與石墨粉、碳黑、填充料(合計(jì)67%)及聚合樹脂粘合劑(31%)混合配制成電熱漿料,粘覆在酚醛樹脂板上室溫固化后,所得電熱膜具有較低的電阻率及較好的附著力,可用作薄型電暖器加熱片。
[Abstract]:The preparation of electrothermal paste with trace silver powder, graphite powder, carbon black, filler (talc powder, lide powder and alumina powder) and polymer resin binder was studied. The electrothermal paste was prepared from ultrafine silver powder with average diameter of less than 1.5 渭 m, mixed with graphite powder, carbon black, filler (67%) and polymeric resin binder (31%), and then solidified on phenolic resin board at room temperature. The obtained electrothermal film has lower resistivity and better adhesion, so it can be used as a thin heater.
